ROKU and Amazon Fire TV Stick fans can take advantage of 92 new channels that are available worldwide.

Last month, streaming giant Plex announced the release of another 92 free channels.

Users can download the Plex app from the Roku Channel Store or search for it on their Fire TV to locate the app and begin setup.

Beyond the United States and United Kingdom, users in a handful of other countries can take advantage of the new offerings.

Viewers in Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Spain, Brazil, France, and Germany also have access to the content.

Plex has introduced several channels dedicated to streaming 24/7 episodes of popular series.

These include channels for Weeds, Designated Survivor, Nash Bridges, Prime Suspect, and major networks like CW Gold and CW Forever.

Project Runway is now streaming in Australia and New Zealand, while The Price is Right with Drew Carey is available in Canada.

These developments follow the addition of channels from Bell Media with original programming from CTV News and TSN The Ocho to CTV Gridlock.

Earlier this year, Plex also expanded its portfolio of sports content in the United States and abroad.

This included the addition of FIFA+, the NFL Channel, and MLB.

Other offerings include T2, Cricket Gold, CBS Sports HQ, Golazo, BeIN Australia, and B/R Sports Network from Bleacher Report.

Plex is available in 195 countries around the globe.

It is best known as a media server that stores digital content and makes it accessible over a network.

Many users continue to rely on the Plex server to stream their own content rather than paying for Netflix or Hulu subscriptions.

However, the service has grown into one of the largest free, ad-supported streamers on the market, rivaling giants like Roku and Tubi.

The Plex library includes over 1,100 live channels in addition to thousands of on-demand movies and shows.

Earlier this year, a representative confirmed Plex had raised $40 million in capital.

While it failed to eclipse the company's $50 million growth round in 2021, the funds are nevertheless expected to nudge the company toward profitability.

Free, ad-supported streaming television is a service that delivers programming similar to cable or traditional TV.

You can view FAST content at no cost, with the only condition being the commercials that appear before or during the content.

The paid-for Plex Pass unlocks additional features and access to the company's suite of Android and iOS apps.
