Packing expert Sophie Liard, also known as The Folding Lady, teamed up with OnTheBeach for the packing hack.

She showed a large carry-on suitcase full of clothes and toiletries, and showed how to fit it into a much smaller bag.

Sophie said she managed to pack four bottoms, five pairs of shorts, four tops, four dresses and seven pieces of beachwear, as well as a belt, flip flops, her toiletries, hair straighteners and other hair care bits.

She told her thousands of followers: "Starting with the case I'm going to file fold everything in.

"This way I can see it all and I don't even need to unpack when I get there.

She said she then switches from folding to rolling, as she swears by doing both when packing a suitcase.

She continued: "Now I've swapped from a roll to a fold so I can use every single pocket available and use every little nook and cranny."

With that bag full, she then revealed how she also takes seven bikinis with her.

She continued: "Everything fits in the carry on so now I'm going to show you a super handy pack hack using this travel pillow which means you can take a bikini for every single day of the week for free even when your bag is totally full to the brim."

Taking the filling out, she used the travel pillow itself to fit in her swimwear, then zipped it closed.

This travel hack has been used by lots of travellers as airlines don't charge for travel pillows.

Sophie said this can save as much as £70 with OnTheBeach - and people on TikTok loved her tricks.

One woman said: "Just bought 2 similar bags, everything fits, £104 saving."

Another simply said: "Amazing!"
