KATIE McCABE left eagle-eyed viewers amused by her reaction to being shown on the big screen during the Olympics.
The Republic of Ireland captain is in Paris to cheer on girlfriend Caitlin Foord, who is representing Australia in soccer at the Games.

On Sunday, Australia beat Zambia 6-5 in a thrilling encounter that had the every fan in attendance on their feet.
Well, almost every fan, as the Dubliner was not the most expressive when the TV camera panned across the Australia supporters.
While others were whooping and cheering, McCabe could be just open seen sitting stoically in her chair, carefully overseeing the action on the field.
The nature of her appearance led to amused reactions from fans on social media, with one saying: "ireland captain doesn’t wanna be caught in 4k with her hands in the air for #australia"

Their relationship was already all but confirmed based off previous social media hints they'd shared.

But the Kilnamanagh native took any remaining mystery out of the equation with the above pic.
Arsenal fans have been delighting in the speculation around them being an item.

McCabe's previous Instagram post was very noteworthy too as she wound up partying with some of England's biggest stars in Ibiza.
Of course she is a club teammate of the likes of Alessia Russo and Beth Mead.
So it wasn't too much of a surprise to see them hanging out together while they're enjoying their off-season.
But it was amusing since England had only defeated Ireland in a Euro 2025 qualifier earlier this month at Carrow Road.
