Walsh is trained by Hall of Famer Freddie Roach and promoted by the UFC’s Dana White alongside Tom Loeffler, who guided the career of middleweight legend Gennady Golovkin.

White posted a video online where he said: “What’s up Ireland?

"I’m excited to announce I will be in Dublin on September 20 for undefeated Irish boxing superstar Callum Walsh’s next fight.

“He is 11-0 with nine knockouts and he will be facing Przemyslaw Runowski, the No 1-ranked super-welterweight opponent, who’s never been finished in 25 fights.
