EUROVISION runner-up Sam Ryder has broken his silence after Mae Muller's humiliating defeat.
Sam, 33, who finished second last year with his epic anthem Space Man, took to social media just hours after our 2023 hopeful Mae finished second from last.

But Sam failed to acknowledge the UK's crushing loss, instead reflecting on his own performance at the final instead.
Sam performed his new single Mountain on stage with Queen's Roger Taylor on drums, and that was all he was talking about the morning after our disappointing result.
The crooner shared footage of his epic turn on his instagram this morning (May 14) and captioned it: "WHEN YOU ARE SHREDDING AND ROGER TAYLOR IS SLAMMING THE HELL OUT OF THE DRUMS NEXT TO YOU 🤯🤯🤯".
He then offered fans the chance to win the guitar he was playing on stage.
On his instagram stories, Sam also ignored our defeat, instead sharing a snap taken with Swedish singer Cornelia Jakobs.
Cornelia who performed a rendition of Melanie C's I Turn To You last night in the Liverpool Songbook section.
Meanwhile, Mae broke her own silence in the early hours of this morning following her crushing loss.
Mae looked gutted last night as her song I Wrote A Song scored just 24 points once the jury and public votes were tallied together.

Only Germany scored less, with their act Lord of the Lost netting only 15 points to finish at the bottom of the scoreboard.
But Mae isn't letting the defeat get her down.
On Sunday morning (May 15), Mae, 25, took to twitter to share her thoughts with her fans.
"I just want to say thank u x I know I joke a lot but we really put our all into the last few months, not the result we hoped for but so proud of everyone & what we achieved on this journey," she wrote.
She added: "Congrats to all the countries. I'll never forget this journey and I love you all."
The singer, who hails from London, then showed her followers she was OK by posting a smiley snap on instagram.
Mae captioned the picture, which showed her looking away from the camera with her chin on her hand smiling, with the words: "It's camp x"
Saturday night's song contestant came live from the M&S Bank Arena in Liverpool on behalf of Ukraine.

26 countries performed during the show, which ran for more than four hours, competing for the trophy and chance to host next year's Eurovision.
Mae was the final act to perform, but despite her favourable position, she lost out to Sweden's Loreen who scooped the crown for a second time with a whopping 583 points.
