TABBY Brown's tragic last post revealed the model smiling before her shock death at 38 with her friends paying emotional tribute to her.
The actor and dancer from South London modelled for Cosmopolitan and ELLE and dated footballers Raheem Sterling and Mario Balotelli.
Her former manager confirmed her tragic death to The Sun.
Much-loved Tabby's sudden death left her friends in shock from the news.
Devastated fans and music stars also took to social media to pay tribute to the model under her final post in February 2022.
Dressed in a designer jacket, Tabby was seen smiling as she modelled jewellery that "also acts as protection".
Other pictures showed her working out in the gym and holidays in Greece, Dubai and relaxing in her home-town London.
NayNay wrote: "What a light u were, Your outer exterior matched your insides, so beautiful.
"I'm genuinely shocked and saddened you're gone. Rest in eternal peace Tabby."
While Vas J Morgan, creative director of a leisurewear company Sosala, said: "My heart is broken."

Despite her last post being over a year ago, Tabby had uploaded to her Insta story highlights just weeks ago before her shock death.
England footballer Sterling previously had a hotel date with the lingerie model at a posh Manchester hotel in March 2016.
It came just weeks after he set up home with Paige Milian in a £3.5million pad in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
Tabby also dated Balotelli for seven months after first meeting the striker in a nightclub in 2011.
The Italian added her as a friend on Facebook and then convinced her to go on a date with him.
"I really fell for Mario – against my better judgment," she told the Mirror in 2013. "He told me he wanted us to settle down and have a family.
"Then I found out he was having a baby with his ex, there were constant stories about him partying with other women, and all the 'she's just a friend' texts.
"So I ended it in November. Mario couldn't believe it and thought he could sweet-talk me into going back to him.
"When he realised there was no chance he took it very badly. But that's because Mario has never been dumped by a woman before. He's used to getting exactly what he wants."
Tabby featured in music videos for Snoop Dogg, Dizzee Rascal and B.O.B.
