The MTV star's spouse has dropped a lot of weight following the birth of their daughter in January 2020.
Mackenzie, 23, looked glamorous in a navy silk top.

Since the birth of their daughter, Stella, the mother-of-three has been shedding the pounds.
Recently, on August 22nd, she shared a photo of herself at the gym with an inspiring caption asking her followers what their motivation is to be better.
She wrote: "Why do you get up in the morning? Why do you keep going when you want to quit? Why do you want to be a better you? Or why do you not? Why do you stand up for what you believe in? We all have to answer these questions. It’s up to us to decide why we want to do things."
