Rap legend Snoop Dogg announces huge concert at 3Arena next year with support from Dublin duo Versatile

RAP legend Snoop Dogg has announced a massive gig in Dublin.

The Drop It Like It's Hot singer will play the 3Arena on April 9 2020.

A rake of support acts have been announced for the concert including Dublin's own Versatile.

Also on the bill is Warren G, The Dogg Pound, D12 and Obie Trice.

47-year-old Snoop, real name Calvin Broadus Jr, has will also play Belfast's SSE Arena the following night.

The west coast rapper released his 17th album I Wanna Thank Me in August.

It features collaborations with stars such as Chris Brown and Wiz Khalifa.

Tickets for the Dublin and Belfast gigs go on sale this coming Monday, October 7.

The announcement comes a week after Snoop's baby grandson sadly passed away.

The rap legend’s oldest son Corde Broadus revealed his son Kai had passed away at the age of just 10 days olf in a tragic social media post.

Paying tribute himself, Snoop shared a video of a text conversation and revealed he had turned to his faith in his family’s time of need.

The clip said: “If you’re facing something you don’t understand choose to trust God.

“Remember all He has done for you.

“His ways are higher than ours. He is always good.”

Snoop simply captioned the post with rose and prayer emojis.
