Scott Zucker
Chief Risk Officer
Scott Zucker has been Chief Risk Officer at Tradeweb Markets since 2018. A member of the Executive Committee, he oversees the company’s enterprise risk, cyber and compliance functions.
Mr. Zucker joined Tradeweb in 2002 as the company’s first General Counsel. He has held a number of senior roles since then, including Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for the company’s U.S. broker-dealers.
An active participant in industry dialogue, Mr. Zucker has served on the Market Risk Advisory Committee of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, as well as the Market Structure and the Interest Rate Benchmark Reform Subcommittees of the MRAC.
Prior to joining Tradeweb, Mr. Zucker worked in the Corporate Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher providing legal, regulatory and securities law support exclusively to Bloomberg LP. Previously, he worked in the Corporate Department of Robinson, Silverman, Pearce, Aronsohn and Berman (now Bryan Cave) where he specialized in general corporate
and securities matters.
Mr. Zucker received a B.A. from Tufts University and a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law.
