Jennifer Aniston revealed that she had a close brush with stardom years before she ever made it big on Friends.

The actor appeared on last Wednesday's episode of Live with Kelly and Ryan during which she reminisced about hanging out at Cher's home as a teenager. Aniston attended Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School in New York City where the music legend's son Chaz Bono also went to school. She explained to the show's hosts, “Well I went to high school with Chaz and amongst our group of, our gaggle, we would always go to her house because it was nice. It was Cher.” Of the singer's former home, she recalled that there were “beautiful windows” with “chiffon curtains” and that Keith Richards from the Rolling Stones lived right next door at the time.

Aniston went on to say, “It was just wild and wonderful cause we didn't really know Cher. We were little kids in high school, though I guess you understand a little bit at that point. It was just fun to be able to hang out with Cher.” And it wasn't just Cher's sense of interior design that the Murder Mystery 2 star admired. Aniston admitted that she and her friends would also regularly get into the music icon's impressive assortment of snacks. “Yes, she had food, from Balducci's, as she likes to say. And she seems to think I ate it all,” she explained. “She would always go, ‘Yeah, you ate me out of house and home.’ And I was like, ‘How was I the only one partaking in the cold cuts!’” When Kelly Ripa asked if she'd ever gone in Cher's closet, she confessed that she “might have taken a peek.”

While Cher may have been Aniston's only famous friend back when she was 17, these days, she boasts a whole rolodex full of stars. But the actor recently shared that there's only one who regularly gives her a hard time about her love life. During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last week, Aniston was asked if she and frequent co-star Adam Sandler have given each other any advice over the years, to which she replied, “If I get anything from him, it's, ‘What are you doing?’ Usually based on someone I'm dating…[he says] 'What are you doing? What's wrong with you?'” But she added that she “very much love[s] to take care of” Sandler whenever they work together. “He's so concerned with taking care of everybody else, which he really does, and he doesn't take care of himself. I'm sorry to call you out on national television, Adam, but you have to know this,” she explained, adding that she keeps “a little arsenal of herbs in my trailer and I make him smoothies when I can and give him all sorts of Chinese herbs when he is exhausted. I'm like the mobile pharmacy. Yeah, I'm the set medic.”
