H.S Softball Regional Quarterfinals: GHS run-rules Deltona in five innings

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - Several softball teams in our local area have punched their ticket to the Regional Semifinals.
Gainesville dominated Deltona run-ruling the Wolves by the fifth inning. The Canes won 12-1, thanks to Leanne Bourdage’s pitching heroics and Braylin Cook’s three run-home run.
Trenton shut out Newberry, defeating the Panthers 11-0 in five innings. Once the Tigers offense got going, they couldn’t be stopped.
Branford defeated Aucilla Christian in comeback fashion, 4-3. The Buccaneers scored two runs in the last inning to secure the victory.
