GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - It is never to talk football especially when the Gators make a huge recruiting splash. Head coach Billy Napier is already preparing quarterback DJ Lagway for 2025. Last week, they recruited three-star tight end Micah Jones and on Wednesday afternoon, West Broward high school wideout Joshua Moore is a Florida Gator.

Moore’s choice came down to Florida and Florida State.

He chose to be part of Napier’s blueprint for the future. Moore has been one of the best wideouts in the nation. After a breakout sophomore season with 11 touchdowns and over a thousand yards. Moore followed that up in his junior campaign with nine more scores and over 830 yards receiving.

His reel showcases his speed on the deep ball and his ability to make eye-popping catches. Moore said about committing to Florida, “It is time to break generational curses.”
