Advanced Plumbing and Drain

My 2nd time using Advanced Plumbing & Drain for
my clogged sewer line (1st time 9mos ago) and it was Ron again that fixed it with efficiency and persistence (had a web of tree roots in the pipe). Thankfully, he doesn't give up until it's fixed! My neighbors asked for his contact info. Couldn't be happier with his work.

After a failed DIY project failed, these guys were able to come next morning to fix leaking pipes that needed to be replaced with parts we weren't able to fix ourselves. The plumber was polite & straight forward as to what needed to be done, using the parts we already purchased. Thankfully, the work we did do was correct & the needed repairs to the other pipe we were unaware of was fixed by him as well.

I would definitely recommend using their services again.

Gabriel was super helpful and educational when it came to our running toilet and broken sink. He explained in detail what needed to be fixed or replaced so that we had the option of doing any of the work ourselves. Ultimately we felt this was a task for a professional and Gabriel came back the next day to fix everything for us. We're super happy with the work and Gabriel was so friendly and helpful.

Alex from Advanced Plumbing and Drain was an exceptional plumber to work with. Granted, I am new to homeownership and so don't have a huge breadth of plumber experience, but I know a good professional when I see one. From his first call to our house when we thought we had a minor issue, through the many subsequent visits that culminated in a major repair, Alex was with us every step of the way providing full transparency into what he thought was going on and what it would take to fix it. I took the extra step to call around for a few comparison prices, and can confirm that the pricing from Advanced was also fair. His handiwork was immediately signed off by the City inspector, and he did it with a confidence that shows real experience.

While I hope we have scant occasion to call on a plumber anytime soon, if we do I won't hesitate to call Alex back!

I had a project with Advanced plumbing and drain. I paid the full amount $15,000
last year May/June (change of gas pipe and two water heaters). Until today, we only have one heater connected which leaks now, and the other heater never connected.
Gas pipe was not tested (at least with inspector)
As soon as you paid the full amount, they will be busy with other jobs and you will not get attention.

It's very hard to make them come to fix their problems. They tell you they are buried with work all the time! Most of time, they are late to the time they scheduled.

During the project, they damaged the frame. We had to spend $400 to hire a framer to fix it.

We have tenants coming next week and their water heater will be leaking, and it was not properly vented based on the inspector's inspection! Sooooo frustrating!

They are not timely and they are flakey. I requested service from 3-5pm and they didn't show up because they had an emergency. Understandable, I rescheduled. However, they just didn't show up to the second rescheduled time and they didn't contact me. I reached out but still haven't heard back yet.

Called Advanced Plumbing for a running toilet with broken shut off valve.

We were able to get an appointment the next day and the technician, Jeremy, removed and installed a new quarter turn angle stop in one visit as he had all the parts.

He showed up on time, was courteous and we will use Advanced again

I had an issue with my sump pump. These guys came out the same day, assessed the situation within 30 minutes, scheduled a return visit less than 2 business days later to do the work. In an era where so many companies' customer service has gone to pot, this was really great customer service. I would definitely use them again.

Ron the assigned technician did an incredibly thorough job. I'd recommend him for any plumbing repair.
