Very easy to book an appointment online. Marco followed up with me via phone and discussed the issue I was having with my washer and looked up the error code. Had me order part via Amazon so he was ready to fix the washer quickly when he arrived two days later. Arrived early for our appointment and was in & out in 20 min. Very happy with the whole process. Will definitely use again.

Appliance King didn't do any diagnostics and said I needed to recharge the gas. The real problem turned out to be that the defroster wasn't working. I'm going to leave a few stars since they came out quickly and didn't charge for the visit.

My freezer stopped cooling and it was easy-peasy to set up an appointment with Appliance King online. They showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. They didn't do the kind of work that was needed, but referred others and talked about all the options. They went on their way without charging for the home visit. They'll be my first stop for any appliance repairs going forward.

I wrote a review and gave 5 stars to Marco at Appliance King 8 years ago... and it still stands! He's reliable, affordable, friendly not to mention efficient and highly competent at appliance repair (and installation). Can't recommend him highly enough.

I've used Appliance King for a few years now for various appliance repairs. Marco is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and is always either on time or a little early for appointments. He even took some time out after installing my new dryer to give me tips on my washing machine's performance.

Our gas cook top was not lighting properly, and Marco came out to repair the problem. He worked on the faulty burners and restored them in short order. Then he asked if there was anything else he could do - and he figured out why my dishwasher wasn't draining at the end of the cycle and fixed it in no time. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all facets of the appliances. I will never call anyone else for appliance repair.

We had a Thermador Range Hood that needed repair and could no longer be replaced. Local electricians wouldn't touch it and other Marin County appliance shops wouldn't come "over the hill" to Bolinas to look at it. Marco is truly the "Appliance King." The parts we needed from Thermador were no longer available, so Marco actually rebuilt the range hood for us. You'd be in very good hands with this Appliance King!

Marco is the man! After making multiple calls to other appliance repair companies regarding my GE vent hood, and not getting any response, I finally came accross Appliance King. I was able to easily make an appointment on the website and Marco showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and also helped me find the part on eBay which was 40% less than the retail price!
When Marco came back to install the new motor after it was delivered, it only took him about 15 minutes and the installation fee reflected that.
