And this review is late and over do but I have to post it. It's been over 2 months approx?

Hubbie and I were having car trouble.
It's our first car and I don't know anything about cars. I used Yelp, what could it hurt. I called. I asked about what they advertised, it's all true. They verified they do the free estimate, We did have to leave the car for a few hours till they were able to look at it. A few other places charged just to look under the hood. Champion did not. And well you have to give them time to get to you. But that's with anything ..... we had to set an appointment, 11 am. Next day...... I'm being transparent here, not complaining, just so you know,You may have to go find something else to do. We were told it could take a while. So we didn't wait ....The train wasn't far so we went back home. We got a call back, ventured out. They explained what they thought it was and that we would probably save if we brought the car to the manufacturer.....HONESTY! - okay-soooooo They weren't able to find out the
issue but they were honest with us. If we wanted them to, we had the option to start that and then discuss pricing. They also explained what can probably be the issue , so they pointed us in the direction .... That helps. Okay. So that being said.....They gave us advice on a lot actually. We are newly weds, young. No experience and they could have just done what a lot of places do..... but they treat us with respect and care and honesty.
We couldn't be more satisfied, the honesty was very much appreciated and quite frankly everyone was very happy to be there and knowledgeable in their craft from the mechanics down to the office staff, I was impressed to see a young woman and young man working behind the desk but also knew about the cars. Seems like they won't just have anyone working there even if it is just to schedule a car visit. It felt like we were in the right place. This is also a small business not a huge corp. my husband and I have gone to pepboys for tire change and balance. They changed the tires but no balance. It's thinks like that which I find so frustrating and yet important , Especially when it's coming out your pocket. We actually left pleased even though our issue was not solved. We did not get scammed..... we were treated kind. I had some coffee. We know where we will go for future complications.

Btw we finally fixed the problem. The mechanics advice helped with that too. These are professionals and I think I couldn't be happier with everything ....so yes. I do recommend this place. Atleast we won't be looking further. And on the same block they have several other auto body shops..... They know what they are doing and checked off all the boxes for us. I would say go with confidence. Thanks Champion. :)

I recently visited this mechanic shop, and while they offer some modern conveniences, a few issues kept me from giving them a 5-star rating.

First, they use a texting app for communication, which is really convenient. They also have a designated receptionist, which you don't see often in mechanic shops, making it easy to call and set up an appointment.

Their inspection process is tech-driven, and after they inspect your car, they send you a link with the recommended services and prices, which you can approve online. That part works well, but communication after that was lacking.

On my first visit, the front desk guy told me he'd send me the quote the next day since he was leaving for the day. He looked tired, so I understood and agreed. But the next day, I didn't hear from them and had to call to remind them. They apologized for forgetting and sent the quote later that day. This was the first instance where I felt like I had to chase after them to keep things moving.

Later on, I approved the services via the link, but again, no one followed up until I called. The receptionist was helpful and set up my appointment, but I felt like if I hadn't been on top of things, my car would've been forgotten.

I also went in for an oil change, and when I picked up the car, they forgot to replace the oil change sticker. They apologized and gave me a new one, but it was yet another example of me needing to double-check their work to ensure everything was done right, even after paying for the service.

Their prices are also significantly higher than most mechanic shops, so keep that in mind. While their system is more advanced, it comes with a higher cost.

Overall, the front desk staff is friendly, and the tech-based system is convenient, but they need to improve their communication and attention to detail. I don't want to feel like I'm constantly managing the process to get what I paid for. If they can fix these issues, it would make for a much better experience.

Service was beyond I expected! I was looking for the place on Saturday for inspect my car. I just walked in and didn't expect them to take me, but they were able to squeeze me in :) The mechanic was very nice, professional and waiting time wasn't long. Price point was good. I'm glad I got everything done in one day.

They had bad rapport, no good customer service I did not feel like a customer. Did not do my job, unreliable people.

I've been coming here for years and they never disappoint. Most recently had to replace a damaged side view mirror, and going back in a few weeks for new tires. Prices are very reasonable, the work quality is excellent, and John and his team are friendly and easy to work with.

Changed brakes but they add poor quality or used break pads. Everytime I hit my breaks it squeaks. I returned to let them know the problem and they said it was just a matter of adjustment, shich they did. The next day my breaks are squeaking again. I lost $1,500 as they charge you for high quality breaks but in reality place cheap ones. It's better to go to the dealer. I don't recommend them.

Had one low tire and then suddenly had a second go pretty much flat so popped in last minute to this shop and they were the best! Took care of everything super quickly and everyone was very kind and helpful. I will be back for all future tune-ups!

Great place for oil change and maintenance. I brought my cayenne here over the last 2 years for oil change and maintenance. Efficient and reasonably priced. Even when something was not fully fixed the first time, I called and was able to bring car back in the next day to get to fixed free of charge.

Friendly, honest, affordable service. Second time coming to Champion Automotive Repair and both times were thoroughly impressed with their service.

I was searching for a reliable mechanic. So I jumped on Yelp. Saw this shop had the most stars. So I made an appointment. Wow no joke you can tell why they scored high. Customer service is on point Jeffrey you are a good person. The whole team has a good energy. They told me exactly what was good with my car and what I needed.
