I don't usually get gas in San Francisco, but yesterday I stopped here. This is the Chevron at Fell & Masonic, along the "Panhandle." It features 2 islands, a small shop, and a smog station. Gas was $5.69/ UL Reg. Yes, that's high, but this station is on a major road. I went inside the shop to see if they had cough drops. The young lady (cashier) was very friendly and helpful.

The only neg.....I saw a worker, an older man, smoking a cigarette about 30-feet from the gas pumps. I suppose that's safe, but it sets a bad example for safety.

Overall, a fair experience here.

Lady cashier so mean.needed to put air in tires. Last visit we needed to ask staff to turn on air. Air it's free . Not sure about water . But machine post 25 cents. With her mean grumpy face n said air is on 24/7.. and her arms cross..!! Wow she must hate her job..!! The gas prices are very high there. Also a auto shops too..a man there to cleaning up.. not go here again...

Avoid this gas station like the plague. Two blocks up is a gas station with prices 25% cheaper. This gas station is clearly gouging.

Don't go to this gas station. Attendant is rude and station is poorly maintained. Bad service even by gas station standards.

Attendants are very nice and super helpful. I am happy to pay a premium here. Every time I visit I leave smiling.

Was hoping to get my car smogged here. Contrary to every sign they have posted, they apparently don't do smogging. The attendant, didn't even look up to answer me when I asked "do you do smog tests?". She gave me a curt "no" without ever acknowledging me. Very poor customer service at the very least.

There is a really aggressive man that works here. About 30 minutes ago he was banging really hard on my glass window. I was only parked there for one minute due to an emergency I was having with my infant in the back seat. Who ever is his boss, please make sure he doesn't do this to others. It was very scary for me. :(

Went to fill up my Pilot here at 21:08:30 on 4/15/16. I've been a few times before for the good stuff -- 17.4g of it for my very thirsty large gas tank. The neighborhood doesn't have a sketchy vibe IMHO and it is across from a small patch of lawn that is the beginning of the park. There is an auto service attached too but I have never used it - review for fuel only. They take credit cards and there didn't seem to be an extra charge for it as with most Chevrons. I got my receipt - yes there was printer paper at the pump and went on my way.

$2.99 for gas in San Francisco? Sheesh, I'll take it!

Yes this gas station was closed for construction however they are back open now! Yay!

Located right at the corner of Masonic and Fell Street, this gas station is very convenient. There are about 8-10 pump stations and all seem to work every time I come.

They accept credit cards and the pump machines print out the paper receipts (not all chevrons refill the paper receipts).

I've went in to pay at times and the cashiers are friendly.

Prices for gas seem to be reasonable especially since we are in San Francisco, right?

Safe area and would definitely recommend this gas station if you are in need of gas and in the area.

The restroom was horrifying, it was literally covered in urine and wreaked of it. In order to get to the toilet I had to reluctantly step on a pee carpet.
