My car was having issues and Dale came out to help diagnose. Long story short, my car ended up resolving itself for whatever reason. Dale was honest through the process, professional, and great with communication. I would reach out if I were to have other car issues in the future. Highly recommend!

Dale helped quite a bit on a project that had previously been frustrating me. Dale communicated well, showed up (actually early) when he said he would, was friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.

Had starter issues (2015 Honda CR-V) on Friday before Memorial Day Weekend. Received a quote via message when I created the project via Yelp and communicated professionally with Vernon regarding the details of the job, availability and cost. The cost and terms were very reasonable and he even gave me a discount.

Arrived on time the day after Memorial Day, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the stater within a couple of hours. He even advised me on a couple of maintenance issues that were due within the next couple of months.

Dale did an awesome job replacing the starter on my car. It's nestled in a very hard to get to place making it an extremely painful job. Communication was great, prompt, and very friendly. Pricing was more than fair. 10/10 would recommend for any job big or small.

Dale is awesome, he honored a price he gave to me a year prior. He was very timely and even dealt with a dead car battery on a different car of mine that he didn't even originally come for. The convenience of not having to go into an auto shop is amazing.

When you see 5 stars here on Yelp, you take it at face value along with the reviews that you read. But man, Dale is awesome and great to work with. He is honest with his assessment and with his work. He never upsells you with anything and you could tell he wants to help you like a friend.

When you schedule an appointment with him, he is very communicative, punctual, and respectful. I assure you, if he can do it, he will let you know and what your options are.

This is an honest review if Dale's work and honesty:

Dale gets the job done at a fair rate. TBH, he did my distributor replacement and I had no issues after. He's the only mechanic touching my car (other than me), dude is super chill and knows his stuff (for real, he does). I thought I had a blown head gasket and was sold on it but he kept telling me I didn't (he was right). He's the only mechanic touching my car (other than me).

Old review:
I called Dale for a simple job (compressions test) and he completed AND some. He pointed out issues I didn't see. He did so well that I called him again for another project car that I had. To keep things short, he pointed out things to me that was concerning. He even gave me a discount on the price since I had a job done by him.

Very professional. Extremely efficient and highly skilled. Kind, friendly, and explained everything in meticulous detail. Vernon did an impeccable job repairing an alternator in a 2009 Lexus IS250. Not only was it performed in a very timely manner, but the cost was incredibly fair. I would highly and definitely recommend this business. Thanks again Vernon!
