I had more stuff than I thought and he was flexible with adding more stuff to the truck. I had so much stuff that they had to unload and come back a few hours later.

I contacted EMA for a quote to remove and dispose of an old upright piano. Bruno replied with a quote within 15 minutes. His quote was the most reasonable quote I received, Bruno came the next day on time and removed the piano. Bruno and the other mover were very careful handling the piano to ensure they didn't scratch the hardwood floor.
