i'm driving a dream car SL550 that i just love , so clean and perfect and i picked it up at Galaxy

I went to Galaxy Autosport to see a car in their inventory two months ago. It was not the right car for me. "Daniel" at Galaxy was no-nonsense, no-pressure, but assured me he could find what I wanted. True to his word, Daniel called one month later saying he bought what I wanted. Daniel had listened and knew exactly what I was looking for. He said if I didn't want the car, he'd sell it on his lot. When I asked for an independent pre-purchase inspection, Daniel offered to deliver the car to the shop of my choice. My wife and I bought the car yesterday, the proud new owners of a very nice Porsche Boxster!

After much searching and comparing I selected a car from Galaxy Auto. The exterior of the car is pristine, as well the seats and interior. There were some issues from the start regarding the glove box, center console and a side storage compartment. "The glove box sticks a little" was the response when I informed the salesman.
After trading in my car and negotiating with the salesman I left still feeling I was getting a raw deal. But the feeling was overshadowed by the pretty car I was soon driving.
I took it to the local MB dealer to have it checked out.
Needs new front tires $600 and aligned $200
Needs the "sticking" glove box cable replaced.
I watched some videos on how the fix the "sticking glovebox".
Turns out it requires the entire glove box be removed to replace a pneumatic cable that controls all the storage compartments around the interior of the vehicle. $300
The center console and side storage must be replaced as the locking mechanisms are broken/missing. $500
The Active Body Control (ABS) fluid is old and needs to be replaced $600
And the washer fluid pissers need to be replaced, price TBD.
So a car overpriced at $20,997, out the door for over $24k including 2 yr extended warranty and I still had to come out of pocket over $2k.
Not a great deal, don't recommend this dealership.
But the car is pretty.

Had to have some work done my. 2013 BMW 128I at Galaxy Autosport, I bought this car from them in 2020 have had no problems to speak of since purchasing it
Highly recommend this shop if you are buying or need work done on your BMW they really know there stuff and the price is right it sure beats A BMW dealership See Sal or Danny they will take care of you with no bullshit

Bought multiple vehicles here and I am beyond happy every time. The service is great and the guys are knowledgeable and friendly. Always stand behind their cars. Great financing and great prices on their rare cars .

Didn't buy but came with an acquaintance to check and help buying a nice used car.
As we walked in the office one of the salesman by the name of Dan greeted and introduced himself. He made us feel very comfortable and no sales pressure at all.
Dan walked us around and showed us their awesome inventory and soon after, we decided to test drive a 2007 BMW 328 series.

After driving it around the streets and on the freeway my relative was in love with the car. Dan made the process flawless from the beginning till we signed all the paperwork and title. He kept us updated with the registration and when to expect all the DMV paperwork+title to be mailed in.

They work with a few different banks as well if you prefer to have your new Auto purchase financed.
When was all set and done we were out of there within 3 hrs.
I definitely recommend Galaxy Autosport!

I had such an amazing experience. Great vehicles and great customer service . It was my first time buying a car so I was very worried and wasn't really sure what I was doing . They made me feel at home and comfortable.

I would like to thank Galaxy Autosport and the team there for helping me out. I had no credit and didn't have a cosigner. They were able to get me in a bmw 3 series and get me financed with a good rate. I would like to thank Daniel and Sal for going above and beyond to help make this purchase so easy and not as scary as i though it would be to finance my first car. Much appreciated and I will be back for my next car .

BEWARE PROTECT YOUR CREDIT!
We went in to look at a Lexus, took it on a test drive and went in the office to make a deal. They called 5 different banks for finding but as it was late in the day no one was available for a quote. We ended up NOT buying the car BUT we have been receiving decline letters from the ALL banks he did call.
We have excellent credit so no other reason to decline is other then we pissing of the salesman by NOT BUYING THE CAR!!

We are NOT THE FIRST PERSON WHO HAS HAD SIMILAR ISSUES!! Check other Yelp reviews!
