Chris & the team at Good Guys Auto have always made my husband and I feel like more than just a customer ready to hand over our money. I brought my Hyundai in when it started leaking oil and after the inspection, they determined my oil was so low that it was unsafe to drive. Chris offered to have someone even drive us back home while they worked on the repairs. It is very evident that they care about their customer's safety.

As someone who doesn't know the first thing about cars, Good Guys always takes the time to explain everything in detail to me and gives me the time to make a decision.

For months we were having some issues with my husband's Ford explorer and Good Guys quoted as the cheapest by far in the area for diagnostic testing.

Multiple alarms were being set off and then we were having issues with the sensors. It got so bad that the truck was on AWD mode and couldn't be switched. They spent a few hours with their scanner/reader trying to trouble shoot but couldn't find any codes or what the issue was.

The 5 stars is because they're honest and we weren't charged.

In the end, we found out that the all wheel module was shorted out and front locking axel had to be replaced, but we had to go to where my husband went to buy the car, which was in Ukiah. He also found out that this was a known problem with the Ford Explorer and that it was needing to be replaced constantly.

Good guys has awesome service, and Chris is a really fair and honest guy who isn't trying to upsell you on services. I recently brought in my car a second time for a small issue and he didn't even charge! Would recommend this place for sure!!

I had a really great experience, I needed my wheel bearing replaced and they took me in right away. The service was great and everything went smoothly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest mechanic, 10/10 would come again. :)

I took my husbands car here to get his air conditioning fixed. He actually found the place on here and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had such great reviews. I don't often see that for car repair shops. When we called on the phone and explained that the AC was blowing warm air and the year,make and model of the vehicle, they quoted a price to recharge the AC and test it. I was able to bring the vehicle in the same day and meet Chris. Chris was very friendly and personable. He was very busy running everything but didn't rush me or skip on being very transparent about what they would be doing and making sure I didn't have Any questions. He was handling calls, signing off on deliveries, working with the technicians, etc. I told him he seemed like a celebrity lol. I left the car and it was ready in a couple of hours for the original price he quoted. We'll be back!

All aspects of my truck being fixed were done well.
They were very accommodating to me. I brought the truck in on Monday and knowing that we were leaving on vacation Tuesday afternoon they promised it would be done on Tuesday and they lived up to their word..

Started having issues with my 2019 Hyundai Elantra. Took it to the Vacaville Hyundai dealership, they kept my car for almost a week terrible communication and I received the car back feeling worse after we turned down there estimate. Found the Good Guys Auto Care on yelp and my husband took our car in immediately the next day. My husband spoke to Chris who was extremely professional and started working on our car that same day getting diagnostics done. Our car felt like it would not make it another day when we dropped it off. Chris communicated the whole way through answering any question we had. Getting back to us as soon as he could even though his shop is always extremely busy. We decided to go through with the repairs and received our car back feeling brand new. We got our repairs done in May our car is still feeling brand new. We went back and took in our 2005 Jeep grand Cherokee and got our water pump replaced. Our Jeep also feels like new! Me and my husband are extremely pleased with the work done on our cars. Good guys Auto care is filled with reliable, professional, trust worthy people! Thankyou Chris and the rest of the team!

After having my car in and out of a different shop for a couple months and lots of money and repairs that made no difference I called Chris frustrated and looking for anywhere else to take my car. He let me rant and explain my situation.
I picked up my car and brought it to good guys the next day and I brought all the invoices from the other place and told him the story of my car and he even let me speak directly to the mechanic who would be working on my car and explain to him as well! When they diagnosed it he texted me pictures and explained to me everything! He looked everywhere for the part to get it at the lowest price and they had my car back as soon as they could. My car is PERFECT! I am so so grateful for this shop and they have our business!

I had some ball joints that's needed to be pressed out and new ones pressed in. I called in the morning to ask if I could get the work done, and they told me to bring it in for a quote. When I got there they were able to take on the job, and it didn't take too long for them to get the job done. Awesome guys and really great with their work. I highly recommend this business and will definitely go back to this place again.
