I am so glad I found this contractor to help us get our home ready for move in. Bill has an incredible work ethic, I really think we would not have gotten as much accomplished without his help and expertise. The job is done promptly and at a great value. He has also helped us out with advice and guidance for the things we are diy. He is our favorite go-to from now on!

This is long overdue!

As a newcomer to Sacramento from the Bay Area, diving into a renovation project felt overwhelming. However, Bill became an absolute lifesaver.

After interviewing several contractors, Bill's expertise and immense knowledge in the trade were incredibly impressive. He explained everything clearly and patiently, putting me at ease and making me feel like a partner in the process. Bill's generosity with his knowledge was a huge bonus - I learned so much throughout the project, which was a remarkable experience in itself.

Bill and his team's work ethic was awe-inspiring. They arrived bright and early every day, meticulously tackling each task with a craftsman's pride. This dedication was evident in the exceptional quality of the finished product. It was a genuine commitment to excellence.

What began as a modest renovation blossomed into a complete overhaul encompassing the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, flooring, painting, plumbing, and even converting the family room into an additional bedroom! Bill flawlessly managed the expanding scope, ensuring the project remained seamless, and within my budget. His fair pricing further solidified his commitment to client satisfaction.

The renovation transformed the property into a stunning space. It is so beautiful. I completely changed course and decided to move in myself instead of renting it out!

Bill came out to offer two bids for us: master shower and fireplace. We opted to have our shower redone first and hold off on our fireplace for a later time. During the first meeting, Bill was super helpful in helping me work through ideas on what I wanted to do.

Bill's team did a great job with the overall project and left no mess afterwards at the end of each work day which I appreciated since I have a two small kids in the home. We were able to get rid of water damage/mold in our shower and now have a properly sealed shower to use.

After everything appeared to be ready to go forward, he "ghosted" me! Would not return my phone calls.
How unethical!

I have worked with dozens of contractors, and have done a lot of projects across residential and commercial. I have to say that I have enjoyed working with Bill the most. I hired him for a time sensitive project in a medical office space, and he and his team delivered on time with quality work. He was excellent at communicating, at sending me progress photos and videos and bottom line is just a genuine guy, who was very honest, fair and very professional.

I am going to be doing more projects with him in and around the Sacramento area, and I am reassured that he will deliver each and every time. Thank you Bill and to your entire strong team as well for the job well done.

Bill and his team are absolutely fantastic! I chose Bill based on his 5-star review status, and he delivered! Bill came out SAME DAY to evaluate water damage in our laundry and bathroom. He assembled a detailed estimate for insurance purposes. As soon as I gave him the green light to start work, he came THE NEXT DAY! His team worked efficiently and thoroughly to get our rooms back in order. They looks fantastic. I cannot recommend Bill more, his communication is impeccable. I will definitely call him back if we have additional construction needs.

Bill and his guys are awesome! They are easy to work with. Bill, as mentioned in other reviews here, is very responsive. I've had others who took days to respond. Not Bill. Communication is very important. The project execution must align with homeowner's vision. I had some last minute changes to the plan but they were very patient with me and they were able to accommodate such changes.They are quick to address any questions or things that I point out to them. His pricing is very reasonable. He assisted me in working with my insurance also. In addition, Bill helped pick up materials that I bought from the big box stores. He returned any unused materials on my behalf and was able to get credit back. This was very much appreciated. I didn't even have to ask him. Thank you guys so much. God bless you!
Almost forgot to mention, project was reconstruction (due to water damage) in laundry, room, hallway, bathroom , interior painting, flooring installation etc.

We purchased this home a couple years ago and it needs a lot of work and have been a little nervous to even start. Working with Bill was great, he came out the day after my request and we had a quote the same night, he was able to get us on the schedule right after the upcoming holiday. We had some vinyl siding repaired as well as two beams with dry rot, everything was completed in a few hours and looks great. We look forward to using him again

I had 3 estimates for some damage to the exterior of my garage. Bill Karp was the only person who 1) came to see the damage; and 2) went to the stone place to learn that our stone was not being made any more. Consequently his bid was much higher than the other 2. He was able to convince the insurance company to pay his estimate.

The quality of work was excellent. Bill can be counted on; he is honest!

I will use him again without getting other bids

Karp Construction did an awesome job on my new Pantry. I am so grateful to them for coming and listening to me. Bill listened to exactly what I wanted him to do when no one else could. This project has been a long time coming. (4 years I have been looking). All I ever heard was it could not be done, too small of a job, or too busy.
They showed up on time every day, completed the job quickly and as scheduled. If you need a job done with great a company, call them you won't be sorry. I will be calling them in the future to do more work in our home.

Very good company, we requested bids from other companies and never heard back from them, Bill, the owner of Karp Construction responded the same day as our request, he came to our house, took measurements and said that he would get back to us, he had the estimate in less than 1 hour. The bid was thorough and detailed, we accepted and we set a start date. Bill kept us informed and updated throughout the entire process. The completed replacement of our shower looks great. I would highly recommend Karp Construction for all of your construction projects.
