I would just like to thank Matt and Mountain hwy collision for the fantastic work they did on my vehicle!!I would feel confident bringing your vehicle to this shop .

My car was hit, hard, in a parking lot. Brought it in for an estimate and was able to be scheduled for repair right away (they checked for parts needed before the booking and it was all good). They also had a courtesy car ready for me immediately without any hassle.

My car was ready before they thought it would be, but I was headed out for a weekend away and that was OK - picked up my car on the Monday morning and the repairs were perfect and the car spotless in and out.

Thank you people - I will definitely recommend you to anyone needing professional, fast and friendly car repair!

I damaged my front bumper and scratched the bottom of my car by accident. I searched for a highly rated ICBC auto shop in the neighbourhood and found this Mountain Hwy Collision Repairs and Auto Glass. I saw a lot of good reviews about it, so I brought my car to this auto shop for a quote.

The owner Mat helped me to check on the car carefully and explained to me what needed to be repaired or replaced clearly. He sounded fairly honest and provided a quote to me. Finally I decided to let this auto shop repair my car.

I received an excellent customer service. I got a very clean courtesy car. The admin lady Lisa was very diligent that she would call and report everything in detail a couple of times during the repair. The repair was done perfectly. I had no complaints about it. The best part was that I had to return the courtesy car by 5pm, but I got stuck in traffic from Langley to Coquitlam and would not be able to make it until 7pm. The owner Mat would wait for me to come and make sure I could drive safely and returned the courtesy car before the weekend.

I would highly recommend this auto shop to others if they need to fix or repair the cars due to car accidents.

This establishment is top notch!! Matt & his staff had my truck fixed & returned to me 4 days before his quoted time! Hands down the best automotive service I have ever received & MY family owns a dealership!! Great job Matt!

Recently had my Infiniti QX60 repaired here - great service throughout!

Front desk: welcoming, efficient, and thoughtful. Lisa, an ex-ICBC professional, certainly knows her stuff. She gave me a very thorough and reasonable quote within minutes after checking out the damages, and the quote turned out to be very accurate.. I sent my car in for repair on Monday and was told to pick it up on Friday. On Thursday I got a call from Lisa that she would like a couple of extra hours Friday morning to have the car cleaned again - she wasn't happy about the initial cleanup and stressed that they could do better than that.

Body shop: the repair was flawless. Thanks to Lisa, they even cleaned up the tape marks left on some parts of the car when it was used as a demo car. It was literally shining inside and out when I picked it up on Friday as originally scheduled.

Coming from the service industry myself, I am impressed with the way Lisa and her colleagues treat their customers. I will definitely recommend Mountain Highway Collision to others in need of body shop services.

Went it after some one vandalized the side of my car took us in Asap and did and excellent job infact went above and beyond to help us out . Great people

Went to this place since they're next door to garage we have at 5 star experiences with and were ICBC Car Valet so I figured it would be less hassle.
Owner gave me usual song & dance about painting so it would look like new and they'd send truck out for alignment check and rim repair after someone pulled out of their lane into my wheel.
Maybe 2 square inch surface scuff that could likely be buffed out and he wanted to repaint entire door and if I paid him extra money he'd paint over the beginnings of some surface rust.
Talked with ICBC that it was in fact okay to not paint vehicle but simply repair the damaged rim and confirm alignment of wheel and rear differential was not damaged.
Showed up at shop this AM for my appointment, no Hertz rental guy and then owner tells me it's "all or nothing", he either paints door and arranges the wheel repair or he's not doing it despite what ICBC said. It's the law he said..
Needless to say, I won't be going back and have notified ICBC.

Arrogant and snobbish owner! They kind of hinted that they are a boutique body shop. Not worth wasting your time on! Avoid the place if you can and save yourself time.

I took my car there after an accident, and they fixed it quickly, provided me a courtesy car, were kind and efficient through the whole process. They even buffed out some old scratches for free when they polished my car, my car looked brand new. I'd take my car to them again in heartbeat if I needed to.
