Was referred here by a friend who is a regular to Chase Center and it was a good recommendation. Giant parking structure with 10 levels I think. Parking was $60 and they were open more than an hour after the game ended. Getting out from the 8th floor was a total pain and took forever. Make sure you have a good music or a podcast lined up or stay out longer till the crowd dissipates.

When asked about this location, I merely say "1800 Owens" as many a friend has asked me to parking advise when going to Warriors' games and concerts at Chase Center. Now I know the name of this building/parking garage.
In Mission Bay, there is no shortage of parking lots especially with the number of medical campuses here. Not to mention the street parking spaces in the neighborhood on the other side of 7th Street. With the epidemic of vehicle break-ins in San Francisco, it is a visitor beware proposition if you attend an evening event in the neighborhood and park on the street. Weighing the risk reward versus lightening my wallet, I decided a broken window(s) or windshield was the deciding factor.
The Warriors had a contract with this lot in Chase's inaugural season for season ticket holders. I chose this location because of the road access and traffic issues even though it's a 2.5 block walk.
When the basketball venue reopened for the 2021-2022 season, the Warriors did not offer a contract to this lot though they had an unwritten agreement to work together for games and events. During the season, the event price was $50 per game and the prices varied according to the event; playoff parking was $60 and finals pricing was $70 for the past season. Do note that payment is contactless so be prepared (no cash). Their policy is that the garage is open until 60 minutes after the events' conclusion. Do also come earlier if there are dual events at Chase and the baseball stadium.
The garage goes nine floor, at least according to the elevator buttons. Throughout COVID, they've provided sanitizers at the elevator entrances and limited riders.
Parking here for about thirty plus games or events in the past ten months, I've found the process seamless. Big kudos to Laura and Eric, the two roll takers that helped me this past season.
Congratulations on providing parking for a large number of loyal Warrior fans who just enjoyed their fourth championship in eight years! We'll see you next season when we defend our title! Go Warriors!Helpful 20Thanks 0Love this 13Oh no 1 - Benigno R.Central San Jose, San Jose, United States128207Jan 2, 2023
I used to park at 48th and Vermont and get my steps in. But for $30 more and hella closer this was a good choice. Was able to park and charge my car.
$60 via park wiz or $50 at the gate if there are spots still available.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
