Since we founded the company in 2017, we have repaired more than 25,000 appliances in the San Francisco Bay Area. We earned the trust and recognition from our customers because we are committed to providing the best quality service to our customers. We offer reasonable rates according to the industry standards, and our service is always friendly! We provide a warranty on both parts and labor: parts are guaranteed for 12 months, and our labor on installing them - for 6 months. On top of all, if you choose us for your appliance service, the $ 85 service call fee will be waived. We repair clothes dryers and washers, freezers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, and ranges etc.

We called Quality Appliance Repair a week ago to schedule a technician to come check out and fix our Viking microwave that just stopped responding.
Same-day appt at 2pm, and our technician arrived early (with text message of early arrival).
He spent about 30-min investigating inside, testing many things, and finally got it working again. Not sure what was the problem - he suggested maybe the fuse was loose (it was still intact and working), or some oil on the switch (which he cleaned), but it worked. He also suggested to always STOP the cooking by pressing the STOP button first before opening, as opening while cooking can sometimes burn out the fuse. (We learned that the last time we burned out the fuse.)
At the end he charged us only the $85 visit fee, as no parts or labor was used to fix anything.
Great service, and we were so happy to get our microwave back to working so quickly.

Quick, great communication, super skills and tools, and honest. There were a couple of challenges with the machine parts, but we worked through everything.
Highly recommend! My machine is back up and running again.

This company does not work with Property Managers, aka, professionals who know the tricks and scams of repair services and thus, it suggests they prefer the easily fooled and are not a service to be trusted. They also masquerade as "Appliance Repair Services".

Apparently not every repair technician is well versed in LG appliances and how to fix them. Sergey at Quality Appliance knew exactly what the issue was with my LG dishwasher, ordered the new part that was needed, and came back to fix it within a few days.
The dishwasher had been having issues turning on for the past year, and a technician at a different company had taken a look, charged me, and told me I'd just needed to clean the filter. I'm so glad to have the problem fixed and be able to deal with someone who was truthful and knew what he was talking about. I contacted them through yelp and they had an availability the next day. The diagnostic fee was also lower than everybody's else.
The technician came and gave me really good advice, some of it against his own interest. He explained the problem in detail and what the repair options were, how much they would cost, and his experience on the likelihood that I would see the same problem again. I decided to get a new dishwasher instead.

I am very pleased with the service of the LG gas dryer today. The heating element control sensor failed and was replaced the same day! We had a meeting late in the afternoon,and technical assistance arrived 2.0 hours early. The congressman who arranged the meeting was very kind when I called him on the phone and on the same day I offered him an opportunity that turned out to be even better than I expected. He even solved a problem that my previous specialist also solved! Oh yes, and the dispatcher could email me a lot more appointment options within minutes of my request. Their organization is in complete order and they are highly recommended for future repairs.

I woke up and found that my refrigerator was not cooling properly. I was able to make an appointment and in less than 2 hours someone came to settle the problem. Master acted very quickly and efficiently, immediately identified the problem, had all the parts needed to solve the problem in his van and was able to solve it immediately. 3 hours after the problem was discovered, the refrigerator had already been repaired and I managed to avoid what could have been a very difficult ordeal! I didn't even have to take food out of the freezer!

Excellent customer service - scheduled a Wolf stove repair same day. The technician, Tim, was on time, efficient and friendly. He fixed the stove and even helped fish out a part of our Viking hood that had fallen behind the stove. Above and beyond.

Tim is great and honest. I had a 3-year-old Whirlpool refrigerator that failed and he was very straightforward and told me it was beyond repair.
