Fantastic! Such a great experience! Our 17 yr old Royal vacuum, an ugly machine that outperforms any other vacuum I've ever had, was making a very loud whistling sound. It was an expensive, commercial quality machine 17 years ago but I honestly thought it was probably on its last legs. I called one vacuum store who offered me a trade - in and 20% off a new vacuum of another brand. Then I found Reyes on Yelp. I've never seen a business with so many 5 star ratings so I thought I'd take a chance. I called on a Saturday. He came all the way from Sunnyvale to pick it up that day and was EXTEMELY professional throughout. He checked the roller and the belt, then said he thought it was a bearing, maybe two bearings. (After he left I googled the whistling sound and found that it is usually the bearing or that the bearing has been bad so long that the motor needs replacing.) He took a picture of the serial number while in my presence and texted it to me to ensure that we got the same machine back. He fixed it in one day and delivered it on Sunday (again no charge). We tried it out while he was here and it works beautifully! Not only did he bring the machine back to life, he provided a new belt (no charge) gave us the one faulty bearing he had to replace (no upselling or unneeded work done), and cleaned the machine. It works beautifully. In the future, I will turn to him for all my vacuum and sewing maching repairs and will tell all my friends. His work cost less than I expected and he saved me the cost of a brand new machine. I want this guy to stay in business!

Victor picked up our old vacuum which was not working due to a cut in the cable that runs between wand and sweeper. He replaced the cable and serviced the vacuum, and it now works like new!

Could not recommend Victor highly enough. I messaged him through Yelp on Wednesday night at 11:30pm, expecting a response the following day. He messaged me back in 5 minutes with his cell phone number and a response to my question. We then texted for 30 minutes and he answered my questions, assured me he could fix my vacuum and gave me a very reasonable quote. He schedule a pick up on Friday at my home, then got back in touch a week later to schedule a drop off at my home. Payment through Zelle.
Especially happy because we've really loved our Kenmore Elite vacuum and we're thinking we might need to buy a new vacuum. But he fixed us right up at a fraction of a fraction of the price of a new vacuum. Extremely happy with my experience.

I have a Dyson vacuum. It needed a deep cleaning, new filters, broken latch and basically a tune up. Looked on Yelp and messaged a few places that offer this service. The only company that was willing to help me with this service was Reyes Vacuum Repair. Victor was so flexible with my schedule and was willing to go to my work to pick up my vacuum in San Jose. When we met, we talked about the vacuum repair and had an also what other cities of the Bay Area he serves. After telling him that I live in San Francisco, he offered to drop off my vacuum to me in the city. When I got my Dyson, looked brand new! Reyes Vacuum Repair does amazing work and I highly recommend!

I contacted Reyes Vacuum Repair through Yelp to get a quote for my Dyson Cordless Vacuum Cleaner that wasn't suctioning properly and pulsating. They responded within just a few minutes right away, and provided me with a quote along with the potential service needed based on what I described. I ended up not needing to service my vacuum anymore because I really needed to use it that same night, and I was scheduled for the service the next day. However, with their suggestion I was able to figure out how to do a simple fix I couldn't think of before.

There are lots of YouTube videos to show you how to clean your Dyson, but who has time for that? Found Reyes Vacuum Repair on Yelp got great reviews and called him up! Called on Tues@8:15am, came to my house at 9:30am, and delivered next day Wed@6:45p! New filter and cleaned it so great, I thought it was a new Vacuum! Thank you so much Mr. Victor Reyes...10 stars if it was possible!

I can't be more pleased with the service from Reyes Vacuum Repair. Victor was very responsive when I called to explain my situation. We arranged for him to pick up the vacuum at my home conduct to the service and return it to me. The work was done in a short amount of time. The price was fantastic. He basically charges for the part and then his time.

The vacuum came back fixed, clean, and he even took the time to explain to me what I can do to keep it running in tiptop shape. He offers a 90 day warranty on the repair so that was fantastic.

What makes this business especially great is they pick up and deliver. We don't need to schlep our dirty vacuums around and wait in line to be taken care of.

He also does sewing machines and some appliances depending upon the issue. I will use Victor again and highly recommend him to my neighbors.

Victor fixed my Shark Navigator NV350 within the time frame and estimate price he gave me. He was friendly and generous to offer ideas to try to test my vacuum cleaner before I paid for the service. I ended having him do the service and he picked up my vacuum cleaner, fixed it, cleaned and brought it to my house. I highly recommend Victor. Thank you!
