Rogers

I've been with Rogers for almost 7 years now. I've dragged my wife over and am in the process of moving our kid from koodo.

The plans are as affordable as any of the providers and the coverage is great. If you read he fine print, their roaming options in the Share Everything plan is far less restricted than other providers (at least as of May 2016).

Their $55.00/month cell phone contract costs me exacatly $75.00/month, even if I never use the phone. They lied directly to my face about extra fees. I called their customer service and explained the problem. I spoke to the telephone representative, his supervisor and that person's supervisor. I could get absolutely no consideration from any of them.

At the end of each conversation, when I made my very reasoned, very logical argument, they each finally said 'well, you shouldn't have signed the contract.' and that was the end of it. They have no concern whether their clients are happy with the service or not. Absolutely none.
