TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I would give this experience zero stars if possible.
I went here last week to print a two page document I needed for the next morning. There was only one person working the print and copy center. This staples doesn't have the self serve computer print stations that other locations have. They only have two print stations and one wasn't working. In addition to myself, there were three people in line waiting to be helped.
The printer wouldn't read my usb and I was trying to get the attention of the print and copy worker but he was busy with another customer who was also having an issue with the machine. There were two other cashiers standing around watching everything without offering any assistance. (No one was in the regular checkout line at the time)
When I asked them for assistance they said that they were unable to help me print my document and that maybe their manager could when he/she got back from break. I tried to explain that the document was only two pages and was on a usb so they could put it in one of the computers behind the print and copy counter to print it and charge me after. They would not do it. They said they'd call their employee at the technical assistant counter (who was literally 15 feet away from where they were standing).
I saw them radio him. He answered, looked at me and the line at the print and copy center, then turned and walked away!
I ended up going to FedEx on Grant Line Rd instead. The service there was 10000% better.

Blondish haired lady on the bigger end gave me a huge amount of attitude. Not sure how she got a job in customer service, just horrible. Talked to me like I was stupid. She sounded so miserable & has nothing going for her in life. Pretty unfortunate for her.

Adam was great. He made sure I left satisfied with my order and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Now I have a perfect handbook and certificate DoD my student.

I needed to assist a friend with a business interaction and I needed her to have business cards before the end of the day and Keeli the manager in the print Department went to bat found the design I had made that I could not download and she got it going within an hour and a half I am so impressed I cannot say enough about this young lady and how she represents this particular business and from here on end they have all of our business

People just work here who don't know nothing,I've called in about a fax machine that I need to trade in to get rewards for another one and they transferred me to everybody who don't know anything, and I got hung up on without any help or assistance this staples is ridiculous

Nav was so kind and sweet from the second we walked in today. I could tell she wanted to come help me but had to stay in her designated area by the register. Kailee I believe her name is however in printing had a grumpy attitude. I was not acknowledged for the 5-10 minutes I sat waiting behind the gentleman who was being helped. Just a smile and a "thanks for your patience we will be right with you" would've sufficed.
Once she helped me she recommended I place my print order on the app and come back tomorrow to pick up instead of today or else I'd be charged express fee. I was just printing a card stock sheet of paper that needed to be cut in half. I placed the order as I left without the express fee, then it was literally ready in 20 minutes so I came back in the afternoon when she likely could've just done it for me while I was there in the morning.
Anyway I picked up my order with my baby on my hip, and asked if she could cut them in half for me. She told me she's not authorized to do so... I find that super hard to believe? If that's the case get it together staples. She pointed me in the direction of the cutting tool that requires both hands and I was unable to cut my paper because I had my baby with me. I remembered a gentleman in the printing department who went above and beyond to help me last time and I wished he was on duty today.
Secondly when I asked if they were a pick up shipping hub for USPS she said "no only for UPS"... super interesting considering the HUGE "we ship it all" sign with the usps logo? Confusing. Anyway, when you have a job where you have to work with people all day it's important to be friendly, flexible and to have a get it done attitude. Horrible customer service. I did the print from phone option and selected 30 copies, knowing it was a 1 page printout. I did not see quantity of 60 during my options. As it printed out, the second page was completely blank! I was charged for 30 blank pieces of paper! I asked to be refunded, but manager said no they cannot refund me. It was obviously an honest mistake, but she didn't care. This could have been an easy fix to make a customer happy, but that's obviously not a priority to them! Will NEVER RETURN HERE!

I was returning a package to Old Navy. I was told to come here for an "Express Return." I had my QR code on my phone ready to go. I explained to the lady at the counter that I was returning the package and showed her my phone with the code to scan. She looked puzzled and asked me if I was sure it wasn't a drop off. I said, "No, it's a return." She then scanned my box and said to me, "It's a drop off." And she handed me a receipt. I was confused about why I had the QR code when she didn't need it, but it was my first time returning an item through Staples, so I figured she knew more than me. My refund was supposed to be instant- right after the return exchange. I didn't see my refund that day, so I was even more confused. The next day, a box was on my porch. It was the package I was returning at Staples!!! They re-delivered it to me!!! Now I have to go back there and try again!!! Ugh!!!!!!!

The cashier Nav was really friendly and helpful. Unlike the other girls in the print center I asked them a question and didn't want to help me once I walked away I heard them talking about me but I just ignored it. Overall great customer service from Nav.

I was there for Amazon return. The guy was so rude and didn't welcome or say anything. I was just standing for 2-3 minutes and i said I am here for return then he responded o ya I know let me make box first then will take u . He doesn't want to do that work I can see on his face. After returned he hand a paper to my son and says nothing. Don't know why people work if they don't want to ...? So disappointed.
