The service advisors know what they are doing. Tae provided exceptional customer service and knowledge of the industry. He provided updates on my vehicle as I waited for the service.

Today, I had the factory scheduled maintenance (30k miles) for my 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, and once again, I'm super satisfied with the service! Tae Fuller was my service adviser, and as always, he was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He answered all my questions without hesitation and quickly pulled up information about my vehicle, saving me the trouble of looking it up in my Jeep handbook.

Tae also recognized my military service in the U.S. Navy and mentioned that the company is veteran-owned. He even applied a military discount to my service, which was a pleasant surprise. Hooyah Navy! Tae is a great service advisor, and it was good to see him again.

My technician, Arron Barrera, did a fantastic job on my vehicle. He provided updates via mobile texts with links, which was very convenient. While we didn't interact much face-to-face (which is absolutely fine since techs are very busy), he was very professional and seemed to take great care of my Jeep. Other than good value at this shop, quality work as always is something that is never missed!

Overall, another great experience at this shop! I'm already looking forward to my next service at 35k miles.

First time I visited since they transitioned to Neighborhood Car Care. I had my 2015 Prius serviced - oil change and brake pad. So far I got the impression they were just as professional, responsive and honest as the previous owners. PLUS they got some new technology -- texting and emailing me reports and pics of my car. Convenient.

So difficult to find an honest mechanic. So far so good! I'll keep you posted after my next visit.

Came in to finish an a/c compressor swap my shop did (my shop lacked the necessary equipment to complete and refill due to previous water damage in the winter)

These guys knocked it out of the park, whatever you measure: speed of time; low cost; quality of work; same day service. From one mechanic to another, I am very satisfied.

I even called around for a couple estimates afterward just to compare the smoking deal I got. Most places quoted almost double what I paid and couldn't get an appointment for same day.

Came for a oil change they did such a great job I love they way they are so attentive and very consistent very knowledgeable and friendly I will always come back thank you for a great amazing service

Dissapointed? Yes absolutely but mainly on why I didn't buy tire installation this way before. I will be more upset if this has been going on and I didn't know about it. This allows to finally pay exactly what is being added to the receipt that's being created by me. I once did went to Wheel Works and I had problems following Yelp's guidelines. Stress-Free Auto Care literally live up to their name. Keurig coffee, Nice location, they even check your car and tells you but they don't try to suggest anything more. I found out I even have two lights that isn't working and they update you status of the job. I couldn't edit to include "value" for this review but it certainly was.

Tae and Bella were great to work with. They were in communication with me before I dropped my car off, during the service, and as I was on my way to pick it up.

Their excellent communication put me at ease, especially when I was going about my busy day. They really do emphasize making this an stress-free experience ! I can't recommend this team enough.

I got my first oil change with them using their marketing coupon. I was assisted by Eric and was very helpful and professional. I have to say that I was impressed with the way they are setup. They have a screen that shows the status of your vehicle while you're waiting. After the inspection, they will recommend a few things that may need attention with matching pictures. It's up to you if you want to proceed with the recommendations or not. Overall, I would recommend this place. Their pricing seems to be competitive. I will definitely consider them for my future service needs.

Great overall experience, first time here getting an oil change. I've always gone to Honda but recently wanted something closer to where I live. They reset my trip meter and oil meter. Would be coming back for sure.

Everyone did a great job, extremely professional and helpful! The manager Jontae kept me informed throughout the entire process as well as a follow up call after I picked my car up and was driving it for sometime, to see how it was running and my thoughts! Again Great Excellent Service!!!!!
