My go to shop for my well pump needs. Excellent service. Example I went in today thinking I was going to need a new pump and they tested my old pump which was still working! They didn't try to sell me another one they help me improve my current system. They do the heat shrink for the wiring as well. Highly recommend this store!

This place tried to get me to buy a new vacuum saying my 22-year-old $900 Miele was not fixable because the motor was shot and there's no replacement available. So I took my machine to Berkeley Vacuum where they diagnosed the the issue as circuit board, replaced it quickly and for a reasonable price. Now my "unfixable" vacuum is working again. Don't trust them to fix your devices.

I was in the market for a new vacuum. I bought a shark from Target and quickly realized it's cheap plastic and will not last. I wanted a good product that would last. After research I found Sebo is what I wanted to go with. I had never been to a Vacuum store but the staff was friendly and helped me in the decision making of the proper model. They let me demo several machines. When I purchased they filled out the warranty card and offered to set up the machine and helped me load it in my vehicle. When I inquired about other accessories they even talked me out of some I considered and encouraged me to take time with the machine 1st to make sure I was getting exactly what I need. I've had my white Sebo E3 now for a month and love it. I'm so glad I invested in a quality product and supported a local business. It was nice to deal with a store that specializes in a product than buying something random from a big box store with no knowledge of the product.

They told me my vacuum was toast and would cost almost as much as buying the equivalent model. The exact equivalent model was over $150 less on Amazon. They were condensing to me as a woman!

This location is an official repair station for Hoover products. I had a broken Hoover carpet cleaner, purchased on Amazon, and the shop was happy to help me with the problem. I provided them with proof of purchase, and they took care of everything. They provided a brand new machine, provided by Hoover, which worked great.

They charged $10 for disposing of my old machine, which seems reasonable to me.

So overall, an excellent experience. No gripes whatsoever.

I always buy and service any vacuums here. They know what they're doing. If you want a piece of cheap junk, buy vacuum at K Mart but these guys have a range of equipment that won't disappoint

Service requested was on time. Even though my vacuum cleaner is beyond repair, they were kind to help me recycle it without extra charge...

Wife and I went here today and in maybe 20 minutes left with a Miele C3 vacuum can't wait to try it out.

Ty was great at explaining the machine, other options, etc. We did a test vacuuming at the store to see how it did with bread crumbs on concrete and carpet, how if you turn the shaft fully sideways the head and arm get so-o-o low it can go under beds and sofas easily.

Never saw a vacuum with variable suction power either, might be good as this vacuum on concrete was so strong it resisted moving somewhat, a good feature to have on a machine this powerful.

I don't see how you can buy, what will be an expensive purchase that lasts years, this online. You need to pick it up, use it, to understand it's value for the money. Plusses are convenient street location, plenty of metered parking, old school ambiance and service.

WC Vacuum Rocks
I went to see Ty Stevenson at Walnut Creek Vac with a broken small home appliance. I was pretty sure he did not usually repair these items. But, I was desperate. Rising to the challenge he took my item into his workshop. Lo and behold - magic occurred. Not only was the mechanical problem fixed, he was pleased to help me with this repair challenge. The item I took in is fairly expensive. I was thrilled not to have to replace it or send it to the authorized repair center in LA. Of course I will bring my vacuum cleaner there when it eventually has a problem. But you should not hesitate to go see Ty Stevenson at WC Vacuum. He will honestly tell you if he can help. There aren't a lot of folks doing this kind of work. We want to keep WC Vacuum in business. Thank you Ty!
