I have had a very positive experience with this company. Their technician, Tony, has been amazing - very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He knows what he's doing and has been one of the most polite people I have interacted with. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend them.

Our 32 year old dacor range was down to 1 working burner. It's an odd size and we are a few years away from a kitchen remodel so we wanted to fix it instead of replacing. I contacted several different companies and was having a hard time finding someone who would work on it. So I ordered new ignitors to fix it myself and quickly ended up over my head. Eventually I found Zuta and they were willing to work on it. I dealt with the dispatcher Abby and the tech Alex who were great . Alex came out and quickly realized that I had the wrong parts. He ordered the correct parts which were here in a few days and spent hours fighting with a stuck but not easily replaced burner before finally getting it off, replacing the broken part and installing the ignitors I purchased as well, all for the labor price I was originally quoted. Everything is working great now. Highly recommended.

You call, they answer the phone. Tell them the make and model. 2 hour window. Octavio texted before he arrived to give me a heads up. He was happy to service and replace parts on my old trusty whirlpool stacked unit. No push to buy new and did the job promptly and happily drained my machine even tho it could of waited until the parts got here a couple days later. The office called to confirm the second visit to replace the parts and Octavio arrived and did the job before I knew it I was asking all kinds of rando washer questions. Service so good I'm happy to refer Zuta and Octavio to friends and family. Octavio showed up with a proper face mask on also. Super A+

I do not like to post bad reviews, but I called and made an appointment to have a technician look at a problem with our range. No one came; no one called or texted. So I would obviously look elsewhere for service.

Our oven broke, and I called Zuta for assistance, and a tech was at our house within an hour. He texted us a heads up when he was close. Otavio was extremely nice and friendly and professional and diagnosed our problem very quickly. He clearly explained what needed to be done, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. This has all been so easy considering how stressful it is to have a broken major appliance you rely on, so we are very grateful for this excellent experience.

I have a Bosch dishwasher and the code showed clogged drain. The technician came and agreed the drain was clogged and would need to be flushed. The estimate he gave me was $285. I looked suprised and he said he could give me a discount for $265. He came in with a small mini vac to unclog the drain. The procedure took less than 15 minutes. I questioned the charge and he said he could give me a discount for $245. After he left I noticed white dried soap on the floor by the dishwasher. I opened the cupboard under the sink to get a sponge and realized he had shoved the items out of his way to work and left them in a mess.

Otavio came over to troubleshoot and fix an issue with our Samsung dryer not powering up correctly. He quickly identified the issue (with the wiring harness), showed me the issue with pictures and on the appliance and was able to fix it on the spot. From start to finish I had a great experience with Zuta. Making the appointment was easy and Otavio texted when he was on his way, followed safety protocols, resolved our issue in a timely manner and was fairly priced. Thanks I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs appliance repair in the future.
