Go to Rendezview for a picnic and order for delivery to your table.
Sharky’s 5-star review: Don't let the place fool you but theu have the best pasta in the city! Just love it. And the prices are more than fair. Portions are enough for 3 meals. How to order: 1. Choose your pasta 2. Choose your sauce 3. Add meat That's all they do all day so they have it to perfection. Nothing else. The Yelp Elites have spoken! Go for it. This is the new place to go. 🍷 Fancy new French restaurant on King. Great romantic ambience. 👌
Sharky’s 4-star review: You got a bday for a fancy friend, where do you go that's fancy and unique experience? Maybe something new so that we can get a seat on a Saturday night. Six of us tried Lapinou because a friend thought the stars hanging from the ceiling were unique. The place was nice, a typical dark moody restaurant on King street. We almost ordered everything on the menu. 1. Bread & Butter $6 - Yes they charge for bread but you also get butter. I have to admit even though it was cold bread I really liked it because they added honey to the butter. I will try this at home. 2. Ham & Cheese $16 - Meh - didn't like it that much. 3. Foie Gras Parfait $20 - Always love Foie Gras, and they added strawberry and pickled onion 4. Squash Fritters $14 - I really like the cold texture of the coconut cream with the fried Fritters. 5. Yellow Fin Tuna $19 - due to the dark lighting I thought I was eating tomatoes. For tomatoes, it was really good. 6. Duck Bread $36 - This was good. 7. Lamb $32 - Disappointed with this. It was good but not the best lamb I've had. 8. Gnocchi $24 - THIS WAS THE BEST DISH. Gnocchi was soft and tender, creamy and liked the fried toppings. Perfect combination. We ordered 3 of this! 9. Whole Trout $60 - Meh - not worth it. 10. Chitarra $26 - Pasta seems to be their best items here. 11. Chantecler Whole Chicken $55 - This was fresh and lean. It took the longest, I think they cook it from scratch. It was good but not $55 good. 12. Grapefruit - $12 - Good but very expensive for grapefruit 13. Hazelnut Cake - $12 - Good The ambiance was good. Most of the food item is very good but that's what you would expect from this price range of the restaurant. Some items were REALLY good while many were overpriced. From the photos the food actually looks very good, however it was too dim in the restaurant to see the great presentation. Maybe brighter lighting on tables would improve the patron experience. Overall this is not the type of restaurant most people would go to regularly. Maybe a celebration or special occasion. And it's important to choose the right items to order and you will have a great experience. Food 4.3/5 Service 4.1/5 Ambiance 4.3/5 Value 2.2/5 =========== Overall 3.6

😍 Impress your date with this gem which has shockingly well cooked Greek food. Bit noisy but the busy atmosphere will outweigh the drawback.
Sharky’s 5-star review: All the greek places serve the same menu but it's in the quality of the cooking. Mezes deserve the 5 stars. The Octapodi Skaras $20 - was grilled perfectly with lemon flavour taste. The presentation could be stepped up but overall tasted very good. We had the Beef Sovlouki Dinner $24 - medium rare was medium rare! So good. Potatoes that came with it was okay. We added Vegetables (+$4) - it was good as well and upgraded to the Horiatiki salad (+$4) - salad with a block of cheese. Traditional Greek food. It was good but we couldn't finish all the food. The ambiance was okay, noisy for my taste but the food was good. Recommend booking ahead on Yelp waitlist. We had to add 10 mins on top of the yelp waitlist time but my date was late so it was okay.
  • 🕯 Cozy romantic little place, great for a specialty cocktail.
Sharky’s 3-star review: This is a great little place for a date. Dark small intimate. However the service wasn't that good and not many hot food option. Not good for winter. The octopus was good. Book ahead for your seats or prepare to find a second option if it's busy. Would come by for drinks and snack again but not dinner.

🥣 It's a nicely decorated intimate place when you don't want eat too heavy. Healthy and light menu - most things anyways. Vegan and vegetarian.
Sharky’s 4-star review: My friend always pick Fresh after a workout to be healthy but he orders fried food and always get the cake after. Ended up eating unhealthy. So be careful what you order. I do like the food here it's simple and healthy. I like the tiger eye and always start with a the ginger balm shot. For me I like the Tiger or Powerhouse bowl, large. Big enough and very filling, especially after a workout. Ambience is casual and nice here, good background music and spacious seating. Good for business meetings, dates, and catching up with friends.
