What's an acceptable parking garage speed limit?  I just got honked at for going 10ish in the parking garage.  There were people around, popping out behind cars, should I have gone 25?

I honked at someone yesterday in a parking garage-oops. He was going crazy slow and kept slamming on his brakes at every turn. After like 4 floors of it, I couldnt help it and honked :/ Then of course he stopped completely and kept saying "why are you honking at me?" so this did not accomplish my goals.

Well Afton I can safely say that the person slamming on their breaks at each turn was not me, so I do not hate you for honking

Fred, I would book it out of there.  He probably blames you for his accident.

My pet peeve is people who crawl slowly through a full garage with a long line of cars behind them, hoping that someone will pull out... and when someone does they sit there blocking the entire thing when they could have pulled to the side, while waiting for a large family to arrange the child seats, deal with their shopping bags, and help the grandmother into the minivan.

Fred, things like that totally make my day.  The theme of Yelp these past couple of days has been society's version of Kharma, which is not what Kharma actually is, but that my friend is a perfect example.

We have those radar signs in our garage that tell you how fast you're going.  I go for the high score.

i was behing a car that  drove super slow blocking like 10 cars behind...he barely pass by a car that start to back up and decide to reverse...?? at this point, no one will back up for him and he won't budge!!

People are walking around in parking lots and garages. Kids sometime run into the drive ways. Keep your speed DOWN!

I kinda wished people would look at the direction of the arrows on the pavement. Its not really a good thing when you're exiting on the wrong ramp down

SF parking garages at rush hour are almost as bad as SF traffic at rush hour.

10 in a parking garage is fine, but I can't usually get myself to go that slow. Then again, I'm usually only in a parking garage when I go out late and there aren't any children lurking. Just as long as you don't go super slow on the freeway. I hate that crap. I almost got in an accident yesterday. It was a combination of a person going 40mph on the freeway and a person coming up behind me who wasn't paying attention. While I slowed down and put on my blinkers  to go around, the person merging behind us wasn't paying attention and had pull a crazy maneuver to get around. What made it worse was the pouring rain. I think people should have to take lessons on how to drive in the rain. There are always a  ton of accidents when it starts up.
