Finally. I miss the Taco trucks in LA.

I tried them at the Night Market.   The girls didn't really want to try it, but I did and was glad I did too!
Hoping they do well.  It would do good downtown.

It was interesting.  It was very busy but I don't think their customers are the Night Market.  Even though they have Fusion Asian fare, people took a look inside and decided to pass.  
I'm glad I didn't.

Finally!  About time we got something other than another Japadog (nothing against them; they're delicious, but we seriously have enough of those).

Alas, I really do miss all the amazing and CHEAP food from Portland food carts.  Especially for Mexican food.  I want to cry just thinking about it.

Next time I visit the Night Market, I'll be sure to hit up Roaming Dragon!

@Crystal - Nice list.  I hope you get a lot of opportunity to expand it soon.  I'd love to have a street food scene like Portland's!  Although Portland has a fairly limited downtown restaurant selection - I wonder which is the cause of the other?  Is it a small number of reasonably priced restaurants leads to street food, or street food leads to fewer restaurants?  Hm......

They just had a spot on The Early Edition on CBC Radio 1 this morning about this!  I'm so excited!  More street food.  Yay!

I'm totally excited about this! I love mobile food carts. So many major US cities have them.

FYI: Seattle is having a big mobile food cart meet up (they call it the "mobile chow down") in July at the Seattle Centre. Totally sounds like a road trip must-do.

We can Yelp roaming food carts. We might just have to be a little vaguer on their address, which will depend on the situation.

This is similar to a thread I started awhile back, Im so excited to see the street food trend moving forward. Also glad we r learning from others' mistakes (ahem Toronto).
The article said "Chinese pork bun slider" : is that a pork bun in a hamburger bun? Because that would definitely be carb overload.  Maybe they meant mini Chinese pork buns. :)
