After looking at various reviews, I chose Marcelino and have been very happy with the results. 3M makes car washing easy by coming to my house and using all of their own equipment and solutions, including their own water. It's a very good value.

So pleased with the customer service! I wanted to get my mother's car taken care of for her unexpectedly. Marcelino worked with me to fit me in. It was such a nice process and wraparound communication. Really appreciated the thorough care that Hugo took with the car, especially the areas that I specified for special care, and everyone was a pleasure to work with.

I contacted 3m Auto Spa after driving through a dust storm. I am someone who keeps their vehicle extremely clean so I was relieved when they could get me booked same week. I opted for the Hella-Lux package and 3M Auto Spa left my car cleaner than when I purchased it from the dealer. I can literally see my reflection in the cars exterior it now shines so well, along with the beautiful vibrancy given to my interior after being cleaned. I will definitely be a return customer they are professional, reliable, transparent, and personable. I would recommend this business to anyone!

This place is a complete scam!!! I booked the night before they said they could be there at 9:00 a.m. I asked them not to ring the doorbell because my partner would be asleep. They said they would text. I got a text at 9:12 a.m. saying they would be there in 15 minutes. I went out and put the car in the driveway and then at 9:32 I had a message saying I was being charged $50 for a no-show and they could no longer fit me in their schedule even though I was in front of the house the whole time. They said they called me multiple times. I received no calls. I. have the call record to prove it. Total scam Beware!

We were not able to use 3M as we had time constraints before we left and this was a real "rush request". But wanted to let others know 3M was VERY responsive after I sent photos (note: interior & exterior pix are needed for quote).

We started quote request through Yelp, but for speed's sake went to texting at the phone # 3M gave us for sending pix.

We hope to use them in the future, especially as they have a self-contained mobile service which is what we were looking for (we lost our previous company when all his equipment was stolen by some creeps).

Marcelino expertly took care of a mold problem I had in my car, he found the root of it and cleaned out the interior, it looked great afterwards! Exceptional service

Awesome service. They are communicative, punctual, no hidden charges, and did an excellent job. I had a last minute service request they fit me in as soon as possible. The website is very user friendly easy to book and they will call back to confirm availability of the requested service and book in person. I had the hella luxe package and my car looked like I just picked it up from the dealer. Once you get the first service you can book weekly or monthly at a discounted rate which is very nice. Marcelino will make sure to review your car before and after service and even brought to my attention a safety issue with one of my tires he noted as he was cleaning. Overall pleasant experience don't hesitate to book your appointment it's totally worth it and the convenience of them coming to you is unbeatable!

I found 3M Auto Spa here on Yelp and picked them based off all the positive reviews to restore my car's headlights. Marcelino the owner, was very professional, friendly, responsive and gave the best price out of all the competitors. On top of that, he drove to my place to complete the work. The appointment process was all done via automated text which made it very easy.

You can tell he takes great pride in his work. He set up the workspace with his company sign on a stand next to the car surrounding my car with cones. He went to work while I went back to the house to chill. My headlights were no longer matt yellow and were clear as glass when he was done. Took it for a night drive and it made a world of a difference with road visibility.

The customer service was outstanding, and the detailing was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. They went above and beyond to help me maintain my car on an affordable subscription service plan. I was very impressed with the quality of the work I received.

Great service they are very reliable and and very friendly, they sure get the job done.

It took longer than I had hoped, but finally, my husband found 3M Auto Spa, LLC to detail his 2023 Bentley Continental GT. He won't be going anywhere else. Marcelino and the team came in all business and he's very happy!
