Having to work with a body shop usually means something bad happened and my situation was no different. After being hit in a gas station parking lot, I was not looking forward to having to deal with my insurance, a body shop and a rental car company. However, when I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and smiling face, Kyan, that took care of everything. I had very little information for her to go off of, but Kyan took what I had, contacted my insurance, and called Enterprise to pick me up. In what seemed like no time my car was being fixed and I was driving a rental car home. I had set aside my entire afternoon to take care of all of this and arrived home wondering what to do with all my free time.
While I really hope to never have to go back, if the unfortunate happens, there is no other body shop I will consider.

Great customer service start to finish. Brought my car in for a fender bender bumper replacement. Karina looked at my car and walked me through the different steps of repair, was very thorough and gave me information about securing a rental car while my car was being repaired. Mike made sure I was satisfied with the work that was performed and assured me that the repair was 100% guaranteed. Very happy with the end result, they did a fantastic job. Thanks, A+.

I was told that they are busy and cannot accept anyone until next week. I asked that their website shows they have availability afternoon today and he said he doesn't care what the website says. I tried and did the online appointment to be able to double check it. Yes, it worked. Please check the pic attached.

I also asked about tire changes at tire shops (maybe I should go there instead of a car mechanic ), again he said he doesn't know what tires shops are doing. First off, he is LYING. Second, he seems he doesn't know about what car mechanics or tire shops are doing. Besides, his attitude was pretty hostile and aggressive. I guess it is because of I am a woman, coming from another state and I have an accent. Pretty discriminatory, misogynistic and racist.

I needed a side-view mirror replaced.
The entire process was very efficient, from the estimate, getting the parts, to the installation.

I moved into a new condo building and parking is really tight. I managed to scrape the pole that was next to me. After I was done swearing at it, I called my insurance company and they referred me to this shop. I am not someone who is easily impressed, so believe me when I say the work they did is amazing. The car is perfect, and it looks as good as the day I bought it. I cannot recommend this shop more highly. I hope I never damage my car again, but if I do, I will be taking it back here.

I was scheduled for a repair estimate here by Geico Insurance. (Not my insurance company, but that of the young woman who merged into me.) The shop is on the second floor, up a steep ramp.
My car is a 1990 Toyota Corolla, so you may imagine what it looks like. I've owned it for 22 years. The damage was pretty much just a slight dent and a long scrape down the driver's side of the car.
A young man named Juan was filing in for the manager that day, and right off the top he gave me some great advice. Then, he proceeded to take photos, and buff out the scratch. I was pretty amazed.
So I didn't get any body work done, but the experience was so pleasant, that I will definitely recommend this shop to my friends.

Alioto's is a GEICO network shop which is how I came to them. I felt they were honest from the start, and they did an excellent job on my Yaris, it looks new again. I'd recommend them based on my positive experience.

Found this shop through my insurance. Went with them since they had the most convenient hours. The team is very friendly and helpful. They kept me updated throughout the process and got my car in and out! What I appreciated the most was their pricing and their work was so seamless. My car looks good as new. It's hard to find a shop in SF that won't charge you an arm an a leg. I hope i don't ever need to bring my car back for work but if I do, I'll de be back here

Needed my side view mirror replaced and went in to Alioto's Garage for a quote. Mike was super helpful, quick, and responsive helping me figure out what I needed done and how much it would cost.

The part was promptly ordered and once I went in for the repair was serviced immediately.

It turned out great! Highly recommend.

Dealing with body shops can be unnerving, but not at Alioto's. They were easy to work with, delivered when promised, and best of all, the quality of the work was excellent. I highly recommend this shop.

Two years into living in the city, I was involved in my first car accident. Alioto's was one of the garage options that insurance presented me with to fix the auto body damage.
