AWP Water Systems

AWP Water Systems recently installed a water purification system at my home. The experience, end-to-end from initial contact through installation was excellent. During the initial site visit, Adli explained the technical aspects. There was no sales pressure, as is usually expected during such visits. The price was very reasonable and far better than quotes that I received from AWP competitors.

The installation process was very smooth. I was able to schedule at my convenience. The installation was done very quickly and efficiently. The technician explained the maintenance aspects.

I will recommend Adli/AWP Water systems to anyone who is thinking of installing a water purification system. Overall, there is no reason not to give 5 stars!

Have been using AWP ever since we moved to our home in Aug 2018.
I have the whole house softener and the under sink RO set up for the filtered water.

So far we haven't had any major issues. AWP folks have been helpful in keeping up with the service and providing help over the phone when I had some issues with setting up the softener.

Just had a service visit done as well and the technician arrived during the window and wrapped up his work fairly quick.

We had a great experience installing water softening system for our home with AWP Water Systems. The consultant was professional and answered all our questions in detail during initial consultation. The softening system was installed the very next day. The technician did a fantastic job with installation (i.e., after the installation, no large/extra holes are left in the garage wall)

They installed a reverse osmosis under sink water filtration system as well as a water softener a few years ago. I recently had them come and change the filters out in the RO system (it was overdue) and they did a complete inspection and water tests. Kareem explained in great detail and showed me the difference in water quality. Great company to work with! Highly recommend!

We had a maintenance appointment to change water filter and install Alkaline filter. Had positive experience with technician being professional and thorough.

We recently moved to a new house in an area where the water quality is really hard and after much research I decided to call AWP waters to come out and give us a consultation/estimate. I was able to book an appointment for the next day. Kareem came out and thoroughly explained everything from how things would work and to how they would be installed. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient with our questions. He gave us an estimate of what our system would cost and we decided to move forward.

On the day of the installation, the techs came out and did a phenomenal job. They were both quick and efficient and extremely professional. Their work ethic was unmatched and it's rare to see such professionalism in the service industry nowadays.

It has been a few days since our system has been installed and we are beyond impressed with how well it works and the improvement in our water quality, for both household use and drinking use.
