Better Cost Backflow Test & Service

This is my second year working with Ken, he's always on time and does great work. We do two backflow tests in our building and Ken is done within 15 minutes.

I expect we are going to be working with Ken every year to comply with the city requirements.

I've used Ken the past two years and will call him every year for backflow testing! He is efficient, laid-back, and he follows up with the emailed paperwork quickly. On his second visit, he called back when he was in the area and asked if he could come over within 15 minutes that evening rather than schedule an appointment later. Easy and painless! Thanks, Ken!

We've worked with Ken for the last two years, and we'll do so again this year (2020). He is efficient, knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable. I believe his costs are competitive as well, and he may discount his per-assembly rate for a high volume of assemblies tested at a property. Even if you don't have your notice from the city, he may be able to look up your "assembly" number based on the property address and will file the results electronically.

Ken was really responsive. I left a message on a Friday evening and he came on Saturday morning to test my device. The paperwork was filed by the following Monday. His price is also reasonable. Great job and highly recommended.

We called on a Tuesday for a backflow test, Ken said he could make it at 10am Thursday. He arrived at 9:45am (called first to check that this would be okay). Nice enough to also answer a ton of questions my husband had regarding our tankless water heater and some of the difficulties we were having with the hot-cold temp cycling during our showers, which gave us some food for thought.

As promised, he followed up the next day with an invoice and documentation submitted to the city, as well as some recommendations/referrals for folks who might be able to better diagnose our water temp issue.

He was super polite, efficient (took about 15 minutes beginning to end), and came across as a trustworthy, genuinely good guy. He was also $50 less than the other tester we called. Will not hesitate to call him again next year. Thanks Ken!

i called Ken on a wednesday and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. as all the other reviews stated, he came on time, was very friendly and submitted the results to the city promptly. would definitely recommend him and will use him again when we get another notice in the mail!

I slacked on backflow testing for my building and was in a bit of a bind to get it done quickly. They were extremely accommodating to my situation and sent somebody out next day (a Saturday, at no additional cost). They were friendly and easy to work with, making the whole process smooth and easy.

Anybody who's hired contractors in san francisco knows this is...not normal.

Thanks Yelpers! Found Ken through Yelp and he was great. Called him on a Friday and he was able to come by Saturday morning. Showed up on time, and was friendly, pleasant, and seemed to do a more thorough job of testing frankly than other back flow testers I've used. (The only one who even noticed that my serial number was apparently not matching the form but said he would help me get that noted back with the city). He also helped me tighten some screws on a door that was loose! Said he would send me the invoice and copy of the documentation by email later that day and sure enough he did. Really great experience, would go back to Ken next year. Great job!

Ken is courteous, professional and punctual. Appointments are set up quickly and the pricing is fair. We will definitely have him check our back flow assemblies annually from now on. Highly recommend their service.
