Conveniently located steps away from Royal Jubilee Hospital. Unfortunately opens after 3pm so no lunch break bbt runs. Love that it's opened by locals! Also a big fan of the chic decor. Have tried the crême brûlée milk tea and the purple rice yogourt so far -- 5/5 for the former, probably 2/5 for the latter just because the lady messed up and didn't give me my pearls (I paid for them). Also 3/5 for quite a wait both times, as there's only 1 person working at one time and has to manage both online and in-person orders.

Cute hang out/study/post dinner date post! I came here after dinner at Hong Kong West(which is just next door) and was pleasantly surprised by how cute/modern the inside was! It was like my teenage dream room. Very quiet, and bathroom was also clean.
There was a huge variety of drinks, from brown sugar milk tea to regular selections of milk tea to a lot of heavy advertised fruit teas. I got the Oreo Bubble Milk tea for almost $8. It was honestly kinda pricey considering it was also a smaller size and the taste was good but not amazing. If I come again, I'll try the fruit teas.

Great stuff. The cheese tea (TSee Cha) is almost like China's Hey Tea.. best copy I've found in Canada. The young entrepreneur is very nice and I wish her the best. Great shop and friendly service.

Unique flavors. They have cheesecake foam topped tea and fruit blend teas. Im not sure where this joint is from but they're definitely Not your ordinary bubble tea place :) a bit pricey as most drinks are about $6 without toppings, but in my opinion it's worth it because you cant find the flavors anywhere else in Victoria!
