I called Todd at 5:30 pm on Saturday and he responded right away. He showed up to check the leak problem on Sunday morning. Todd is responsive and really easy to work with. He explained what was going on and answered all our questions.

Todd was great.
He came out on Saturday after 6pm to snake my shower drain that had caused me a headache for a long time. I was almost embarrassed by how quickly he cleared my clogged drain. This was after trying to remedy the situation myself for a bout 6+ hours till I gave up and called Todd.

There was a leak in the backyard faucet. It just kept getting bigger. I called Todd and he responded right away. He gave me a quote after I sent him pictures. It was very reasonable.
He told me he could come out in the afternoon which was perfect.
Him and his assistant came. I was worried because the faucet was old. But they took great care in removing the old one. He put a brand new one on and it works great. I will definitely call him again. He was so nice to work with.

I reported my issue around 5pm Monday then Todd contacted me in 30mins and said he can come to check on 7pm. After he checked the issue he started the work and helped to find out the leakage point very quickly. I am so glad to work with him. He quickly response and be very responsible for what he promised. Thank you!

Called and Todd arrived quickly. And it was at the end of a very hot day. Our kitchen sink had backed up and my efforts were no help. Todd came in and with up to date equipment and lots of experience, figured out the problem. It was an under-the sink problem. It took lots of work but Todd did an excellent job. He was clean, efficient and pleasant. I would strongly recommend him.

Todd is my go to plumber needs for our house. I recently had a kitchen leak during Thanksgiving after noticing the leak at 2am. I tried my best to resolve it myself but had no luck. Emailed Todd and he responded the next day and we set up a time to meet.

What appeared to be a simple fix turned into something more tedious. Todd was able to fix my issue after determining that the material that helped water dispense from my sink was deteriorating. He replaced the piece and left. I was happy then found that I continued to have another leak under my sink due to my clumsiness. Todd stopped by righted everything and left without charging me his additional visit. I came back again to find that my sink was still leaking from my garbage disposal, I showed Todd my pictures. He came by the next day and put in a longer pipe since my prior one was too small which caused the leakage. Still no charge for his additional time and effort coming by.

I appreciate all of his hard work and time. With all of the holidays planning and party, getting this sink leakage fixed helped relieve my anxiety.

Todd did an amazing job repairing an old, rusted galvanized pipe. While many other plumbers I consulted did not have the tools or know-how to deal with my situation, Todd knew exactly what to do and had all the right tools to repair the broken pipe. I highly recommend Todd For challenging repair jobs.

We installed a low flow toilet a few months back and know our way around plumbing problems. And when our snake only got to 12' and couldn't go further, we knew we needed a professional with More Power!

Todd and his team are terrific. I called around 715am and he was there by 8am on the same day. No extra cost to me. And for a very fair price, he did a second story snake with his power snake thing. Within 15-20 minutes, the yuck that was in our cast iron sewer pipe was gone.

This is the first time we've had to deal with the sewer side of things and I'm grateful it was handled so easily.

We chose to put the toilet back on ourselves and he made it clear we should let him know if there were any problems. (there weren't)

If I ever need help again, I would call Todd right away. I appreciate that he has set prices for common things.
