David and his team are skilled professionals who are a pleasure to work with. They completed our sidewalk renovation project in San Mateo quickly and expertly. We enthusiastically recommend Ideal Landscape and Concrete and definitely would hire this team again.

I would 100% recommend Ideal Landscape for any paver work and, based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any other landscape work you need done. 

We hired Ideal Landscape to repair/replace the pavers on our HOA pool deck after a pool/spa replastering project. We had damage from the removal of a motorized pool cover, from leak repairs, and guardrail replacements, etc. 

First, David was extremely responsive and called me back quickly from my initial call and then came out to the site to provide an estimate within another few days. 

Once we were ready for the paver work to begin, David came back out and introduced me to our project lead, Hector. Hector is not only very skilled at his job, he is an excellent communicator, and at every step of a 3.5 day project he went above and beyond to ensure an excellent final result. 

When our project was complete, Hector asked me to inspect to ensure I was happy with everything - which I am, and then I got a call from David the next morning to make sure the project had gone to my satisfaction.

I researched several companies before deciding on Ideal Landscape. David and his team were awesome and very professional. What stood out the most to me was the suggestions David and Robert had for my backyard. I had a backyard that was basically weeds and a plastic wood deck. I needed something low maintenance and was a little confused as to what I should do with the space. Their suggestions along with ideas I had worked out perfectly. I couldn't be more pleased. They kept me informed every step of the way. The process was seamless.

David came out on a hot summer day to my house just to save me money and I feel very bad but extremely grateful for his kindness and honesty.

We just had renovations and the backyard is in shambles. Grass, trees need to be cut, irrigation needs to be fixed and mulch added here and there. Some plants are clearly dying and other problems here and there. David listened to these issues and gave me a quote, but also recommended that I go with a gardener who would be more economical for us. I don't think he needed to do that - could have easily made money from us.

We won't be using David this time but we highly recommend him to others and look forward to a time in the future when we can hire him. Particularly if your job is not a landscape maintenance job but rather a from scratch job. He is a great human being and a pleasure to speak to.

This is a Spectacular Company! They did a Fantastic job on my new Driveway and Sidewalk! When they started it was an on the Job till it was finished and in between they where hear everyday tending to the job expertly till it was finished. it was a Pleasure to work with them and I'm kinda pinching myself at how wonderful they were! David runs a really super operation!

We just hired David, the owner and operator of Ideal Landscape and Concrete, to upgrade the landscape of the entire front of our home. New concrete driveway and parking pad, artificial turf, 2 French drains, planter box, and retaining wall.

It was a huge project that David's team completed on time and on budget. Throughout the 2 week project he kept in close contact with us on what was happening next and his foreman was great about asking questions to clarify what we wanted after the demo and before the concrete pour. David also knows the City of Belmont permitting process well and managed that for us without any issues.

After completing this large project I can highly recommend David's company for any landscape and concrete work that you might have.

I love my new backyard patio, which was installed by Ideal. They handled everything from the demolition of the old backyard grass and flagstone, to rebuilding steps, to purchasing and installing the pavers. Throughout the project, David and his crews were so responsive, professional, easy to work with - and they brought forth their own ideas and suggestions. This is the 3rd project they have done at my home, and they will continue to be my go-to business for future renovations.

I am absolutely thrilled with the work David and his team at Ideal Engineering have done for my home. Not once, but two times! Most recently they cleared a sizable space in my back yard (which had a tree, large rocks, and unused gravel in the way) and installed a solid concrete foundation for a shed. This was no small task, but they made it look effortless and the result is simply fantastic.

On top of the hard work in preparing a space for our shed, they planted nearly 30 plants, each one given the perfect spot on our property. The attention to detail that his team operates with is just astounding. David always makes sure to do a "complete job" - they also installed all the necessary lighting and irrigation, ensuring the new plants and trees will continue to thrive.

David and his team are always super professional, efficient, and clearly passionate about their work. I can't recommend them highly enough! We had them come out to remove a deck and a tiny yard to replace with a concrete patio and turf lawn. David responded right away, came out quickly and gave us a ballpark estimate on the spot. A few hours later we had a quote. Their prices were very reasonable and the communication was very clear.

The team was meticulous and incredibly professional. They covered the driveway with tarp every day, and cleaned up every night and finished the work on time...would have been ahead of schedule if the weather held up.
