Had my car serviced here after a fender bender. Worked with Aaron who was amazing.

- Aaron was very responsive to my calls and questions. Pretty much expect him to get back to you within an hour or two if he doesn't pick up right away.

- Process was very simple and hassle free--I thought it would be a huge pain, but Aaron took care of me and the paperwork within 30 mins of bringing the car in, as well as communications with my insurance. After dropping off my car I only had to pick up my car and sign two weeks later.

- Very transparent with what all of the steps were. I knew what they were planning on doing, and how much I was going to pay leaving the shop. When something came up, Aaron updated me right away.

Great service, and would definitely recommend the shop!

Tesla Model Y 2022

My Tesla Model Y was rear ended only a couple months after owning and I was so bummed. Did some research on Tesla shops and I'm SO GLAD I found JP auto Body! Wonderful customer service by Monica. She went above and beyond. The car looks even better than before I had my accident. JP auto went out of their way to work on a couple extra minor issues (rim scratch, paint chip from a rock) which I was so thankful for. Definitely recommend you bring your Tesla here. 10/10!

I've had both of my cars worked on by JP Auto on a few different occasions. Their work is impeccable. They're transparent with pricing and will fight with any insurance to make sure the repair get's done the right way. Every friend I've referred to JP Auto have had a painless experience getting their car repaired.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY WORK! The rear/side bumper area of my new BMW I4 was hit in a parking lot. I was bummed to say the least. But, the crew at JP Auto Body took the "in" out of inconvenience with their fabulous service. Monica took charge the moment I dropped off my car, from managing my expectations, and explaining to me the extra work and time that would be involved and why; arranging my rental car; and dealing with my Insurance company directly throughout the process. After being dropped off by the rental car company once the repairs were completed, I immediately spotted my car waiting for me as sparkling and shiny-new as I first purchased it from the dealership. Thank you, Monica & the JP Auto Body team for making an otherwise stressful experience into a pleasant one!

JP auto did an excelling job repairing our Tesla. Bryan was great with communicating with the at fault insurance, we didn't pay anything out of pocket.

As they were inspecting the car, they found additional damage that needed additional parts and more time to repair

We had a road trip coming up and were worried we'd miss our reservations. Bryan was able to source parts from a different shop and got our car done ahead of schedule.

Car looks good as new. They even vacuumed, washed, and patched a tire.

Over the years, I've gone to JP Auto several times. Every time, it's a great experience. They go out of their way to communicate, they handle all of the back and forth with the insurance company, and I never feel bamboozled. Enterprise rentals do a pickup/drop off there from their San Bruno location not far away. Aaron is accommodating and responsive - thanks, Aaron!

Best of all, they do a good job at what they are experts in - fixing damage. My car always comes out looking so good and they even clean it before returning it. Sometimes, I wonder if integrity is a lost value, until I reach out to JP Auto and my faith in humanity is restored.

They are my #1 go-to, even if I wish I never needed to see them. :)
