Premier Airport Shuttle

This shuttle service provider is great! Booked them for a round trip to SFO Airport with 8 passengers and 16 pieces of luggage they were able to accommodate without a problem and were on time both trips. Drivers are actually knowledgeable on how to stack these bags man no joke. Anywho I'd recommend Premier Airport Shuttle to anyone in need of a transport to the airport.

We used their service already several months ago. It was all great. They have appropriate car seat for baby, van for lots of luggages. The driver was very punctual and service was great with reasonable price.

These guys are the most reliable transport company we've ever used. Every time we used them, they showed up right on time and were courteous and professional. Can't ask for more than that!

Very flexible n accommodative, I had
rescheduled my travel twice but they were always wanting to serve us. Also, my request to do a 30 min earlier start also was accommodated.

Please be aware, they didn't do the service and charged me $120 dollars ( they ask in advance for the credit card information)
They have all the information of my flight, arrived was 45 minutes waiting in the shuttle station of door 8. Call several time they said will be there in 10 minutes after almost 1 hour after my arrival they said I have to walk to the "curve" door 1 and I had 3 suitcases and a medical condition doesn't allow me to carry more than 5 pounds. Ben; the driver said " if you don't walk here, I can't help you"
So I told him; I can't do it so they charge in my credit card the service without do it.
The do not deserve even 1 start. They are rude and abusive people.

We were very pleased with the service Premier Airport Shuttle provided us as we were picked up promptly for our trip to SFO (Premier accommodated our needing to change our pickup time readily - no problem) and were met at SFO on our return trip home - with specific directions as to where we would be met at SFO. Clean vehicle, very courteous drivers, and an efficient and comfortable trip to and from the airport. We'll use Premier Airport Shuttle absolutely in the future!

Tried Premier out for the first time b/c of their Yelp rating + local. Booking was fine. Day of, no car. SMSed the business - driver had a flat and he said he had already sent someone from another car service who should've been there. Driver arrived 30 min late. Stressful morning. Understand things happen, but a heads up text or call, follow up text or call, apology, discount, or a return trip voucher, would've been a nice touch.

The service was perfect. My family and I was picked up from our home on time. The vans are nice, clean and spaced. Returning the same thing, we were picked up on time and everything was perfect.

We called a couple other transportation services but Premier Airport Shuttle is the only one who can accommodate our big family of 7, including 3 kids with lots of carseats and strollers. Easy to book with Ben, he is very responsive to email and following up. Drivers are usually prompt if not earlier then the scheduled time. Thank you our driver Gill who kept a good distance on the road and reacted very fast to avoid a multiple-vehicle crash on our way to SFO. We'll definitely be using them again and again from now on!

We had a wonderful trip back home thanks to these guys. I'll recommend them to others and will remember to use them in the future!
