2020 SUV, think dogs, kids and travel. This car was FILTHY. They even honoured an expired coupon from 2017 (partially). I was able to drop my truck off the night before and got the call that it was ready the following day at 4. Polite and professional

This was my second time coming to Tiago's. I was so happy after my first detail, everything was perfect.
This second time, I was really disappointed. There were spots that were very clearly missed on the interior, smudges, water markers from what ever they were spraying. The exterior was similar, smudges and water spots. I had also requested two spots for paint touch ups, paid for them and then noticed that they weren't touched up even though I provided paint pens. Ended up just going over everything with a microfibre at home to touch up the smudges/water marks.
Pretty bummed because the first time was amazing. IF I use them again, I'm going to pay way more attention during the final walk through.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I've tried many different detailers over the years, Tiago's is by far the best of the best. A smaller operation that provides very personable, professional service at a good price. They don't try to upsell the minute you walk in the door and they make you feel like they have your best interest right from the start. Proof is ultimately in the results which was basically showroom quality. Highly recommend!!
