Topos Ristorante Italiano

This place is AMAZING! I have been here twice on different trips up to Victoria (my favorite place ever!) and each time the service was wonderful, the food is amazing (but so hard to finish, almost too yummy, def get a box) and the matre D is the sweetest man in the world. He came over and talked to our table for awhile, gave us the fabulous prok recipe, then ran outside and found us a cab in the snow.
If I could I would give ten stars!

I've only eaten here once, but I really don't see any reason to come back. It's not that the food or the experience was bad, it just wasn't great either. The ambiance was boring, the restaurant was almost completely empty and as a result felt too quiet, and our server seemed fairly fake and pretentious. The food wasn't anything special -- decent, but way too rich and overpriced for the quality.

I will never go back to this restaurant again. The food was just okay. The service was very poor and to top it off the Server was extremely rude. He took our order, brought our food and when I had a question about my food he was insulting. He never came back to ask me how everything was..and to top things off when I was paying my bill..and did not leave him a tip ..I said thank you and he turned to me and said I hope I never see you again.. when I complained about that he said he never said it..well the whole restaurant heard it..he should be fired and a real server never should have the tip in his eyes before he knows he has done a good job..we tip 25% in places like this..He needs to be put out of the restaurant or go to serving school..I have been in this business for 40 years.

Amazing food. Haven't gone in several years but I will always remember the wonderful food and especially the tiramisu. The wait was kind of long but definitely worth it because the food was just kind of totally delicious
