I love fresh juice, and I'm not even sorry, Jamba Juice just doesn't cut it for me. I guess if you just do simple stuff like carrot or orange, but all those whirring blenders sort of put me off. Yelp's "juice bar" category doesn't really cut it either; I can think of at least two places that have fresh juice that aren't in the list, and I'm sure there are quite a few others:

My two hidden juice spots are:
Cafe Gratitude at Harrison and 20th -- they have amazing juice and smoothies
The Nature Stop - Natural Foods grocery on Grant St. in North Beach -- this is more of an emergency juice spot, but will do in a pinch
Where else can you get fresh juice in SF???
