OMG my heros. Just moved and have already called them twice. Phenomenal service, easy to book online! They show up and quote you on the spot (it's by volume) and to me, it's worth every penny. I'm in decluttering mode now and may use them a third time. Highly highly recommend. Both times have booked same day. They are fast, efficient and communicative. Don't waste any more time. They literally take anything (except hazardous stuff). They are also very friendly and professional. Additionally, they will donate to goodwill where it makes sense and other organizations for people in need. Get rid of your junk today!!

THIS REVIEW IS FOR A GOT JUNK PICKUP IN DUBLIN, CA.

I had to clean out a storage unit belonging to someone else. There was one item I couldn't take care of, some kind of an HVAC or pump unit with a massive motor. Must have weighed at least 400 lbs. because a friend and I couldn't budge it.

Called 1-800-GOT-JUNK, and I got a same day appointment. The two people who showed up were courteous. And they lifted that unit and put it in the truck easily. Mind you, I probably outweighed them both by at least 50 pounds. I guess when you work all day every weekday moving crap, you get strong.

It cost $198.00. But I didn't have to pay a hospital bill (LOL), I didn't have to hire other strong people to help, I didn't have to rent a U-Haul, I closed out the contract with the storage company that day instead of paying another $350. And the $198 covered their salaries, the gas and mileage on the truck, and the pain in the butt of finding a place where I could have recycled that metal scrap. So in the end, I saved a lot of time and hundreds of dollars.

I wish I remembered the names of those two people so I could thank them personally.

Anyway, highly recommended.

We had a pickup quote yesterday and was able to schedule for next-day pickup.

Richardo and David were easy to work with and professional. They arrived within their timeframe for pickup and were finished in a good amount of time based on the furniture we needed removed.

Classic bait and switch. Quoted "$125 firm" on the phone for a table. When they arrived, they said "we don't quote on the phone." When I called the office, they said "the table was too heavy."'

No service.

What an amazingly helpful service! No sorting, no packaging necessary and they take most everything. So easy and very reasonably priced. Jose Olivas was the absolute greatest--quick, thorough and so kind--even wished me a happy Mother's Day Ernesto who set up my appointment was also helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this service and will be using again for sure.

1-800-Got-Junk came to remove a large amount of junk from my storage room and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their service. John A and Juan arrived at my home and were able to accommodate my request to stop by earlier than my original appointment time. They did a fantastic job of removing all the unwanted items that had accumulated over 10 years from multiple tenants.

On Sunday I had got junk coming to my house to take a culture way. They took 45 minuto get one couch out of my apartment. They broke a vase, they just day was reckless. And not caring. I don't recommend this company.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Nolan and Victor tackled a huge project for me involving nearly two truckloads of heavy, weather-damaged furniture and pretty gnarly belongings left behind by previous tenants (plus a treacherously narrow + winding flight of stairs) - and I've never seen anyone haul this amount of stuff so quickly and with such a friendly attitude.

They provided a much-needed service - and, on top of that, they were just generally delightful. I've worked with many hauling crews in my decade as an operations manager, and I can say with confidence that these two are the best team I've seen so far.
