108 Repairs

I dropped my iPhone 12 Pro Max for my 2nd story balcony and it was DESTROYED I thought I was going to need to get a new phone for sure. I am new to the area and was referred to Hailey by a co worker she pulled up to my job within an hour of talking to her and fixed my phone is 20 min! It looks brand new and is working perfectly! She was very kind and I will definitely come back for any future repairs I might need.

My wife's phone also had a broken microphone. She said it was $70 to fix it, but recommended just getting a new phone as it was an outdated model. (The camera will also eventually fail, etc). Other shops just wanted to take the money and do the repair.

Needed a screen replaced for my MacBook Air. As mentioned communication was clear and timely. Dropped off my laptop and it was repaired in an hour. Payment options are cash, Zelle, or cash app.

Hailey did a wonderful job in under 20 minutes for my iPhone X to replace the screen. She offers mobile service, however I was able to also come to her for the repair directly.

I'm very thankful, and I would recommend her services and I'll be back for any additional phone repairs.

Hailey fixed my IPhone 11, actually twice. I have a heavy duty case and have not cracked my screen protector in years. But in an unusual situation I had to get my screen protector fixed two times within this past week.

In the first situation, I dropped the phone on Wednesday, and it fell on a brick in a way that cracked the corner of the screen protector. I reached out to Hailey and she came by within a few hours and replaced the screen in just a few minutes.

Then as luck would have it, I went to the hospital yesterday for a planned operation. One of the pre-op nurses locked up my stuff before the surgery, but instead of putting my iPhone in my padded backpack, he put it in a clear plastic bag with my clothes. I was too out of it to notice and when I woke up, my iPhone had a star crack, again in the screen protector right in the center. Clearly the nurse kind of manhandled my belongings.

I reached out to Hailey and she came to my Oakland hospital room the next day and replaced the screen protector again.

Needless to say, I highly recommend 108 for phone or tablet screen or screen protector repair. If I could give a 6 stars review I would!

Update: After my phone was repaired by Hailey, I noticed that my internal speaker was not working. I brought it to another vendor to check it out and they said whoever worked on it last had cut the wire to the internal speaker and that is why it didn't work. Also they noticed that only 2 of the 8 screws were put back in the internal plate. It will cost me another $75 to fix what Hailey damaged. Also I never got my $20 back which she owed me.

My wife's iPhone X's screen cracked. We found this place on yelp, and it was fixed within 12 hours.

The business operates out of an apartment, but don't let that casual vibe fool you -- Responsive, lower cost than other options, only a couple minutes wait time

Hailey fixed my phone and it had a problem where after she fixed it my screen was really dark could not see she still proceeded to help ordered the piece that I need and got me covered very fast patient and understanding

Great service fixed my iPhone 14 in under 20 minutes, also provided mobile services which was great considering I didn't have a phone to use for gps. Very good on pricing and worked with me overall would go to again !
