I would highly recommend Rudy from 10x Cleaning Services to clean your roof and gutters. From the start to the finish, Rudy's professionalism and communication was 10/10. He came over to inspect our 4-house strata unit and provided a fair quote for his services. We had our gutters cleaned, both inside and the façade, moss removed and moss deterrent applied to our roofs. What I enjoyed the most was his before and after videos of our roofs and gutters! I would not hesitate to book him again (& again) for his services!!!

We were highly impressed by Rudy and his gutter cleaning service. He is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, informative, helpful, meticulous, competent, courteous, motivated, focused, flexible and personable. Our gutter was overflowing, and he was able to come right away to provide a free quote, fix the problem, clean all of our downspouts/gutters/roof/sidewalks for a reasonable fee, and advise us how often to clean them. His before and after videos were very enlightening. Rudy found rotten/matted leaves, small animal bones (the crows eat them on the roof), sand from shingles, algae and some debris in the gutters. He is the owner, is fully licensed and has liability insurance. We would definitely hire him again, not only for gutter cleaning but also for his pressure washing and window washing . His partner also provides housecleaning services for a reasonable fee. 10x thumbs up!

We had Rudy here to clean house gutter which we hadn't done in many years. Rudy was on time and showed professionalism performing the cleaning, and went extra mile removing debris fell on the ground. Would love to have him back if we need more cleaning of our property in the near future
