Holly and Mike were incredibly friendly and very easy to work with when I needed to replace my windshield. The price was fair and job well done.

I even had a few questions after the job was done and Mike left. He was very nice and immediately responded to my text to answer my questions.

I recently had a small crack in my windshield, and after researching a few places, I decided to go with Mike and Holly. I'm so glad I did!

From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, the customer service was top-notch. Mike and Holly was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. They were able to schedule me in quickly, which was a huge relief.

When I arrived at the shop, I was immediately impressed by how clean and organized everything was. Mike who worked on my car was professional and clearly knew what he was doing. They explained the process to me and assured me that they would try their best but couldn't guarantee any results being that the crack was over the recommended size of a quarter. But after a short wait, the crack would be barely noticeable. They finished the repair in record time, and the results were amazing--the crack was almost completely gone!

What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and the pride they take in their work. They even cleaned my windshield after the repair, which was a nice touch. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of service.

I had a crack on my windshield and the quarter window (trunk of my crv) was shattered. I called safelite and the quote was $870. Yikes.

Looked at Yelp and I noticed 1st Choice was rated high. I was skeptical about the reviews cuz c'mon, who gets a near perfect score of 5.0 in Yelp?

Read the reviews, filtered out the ones with zero friends, read for sure the ones from the elite members and so I gave them a try.

What I like:
1: excellent communication. They texted me when they started working on my car, when the tint didn't match ( we got it tinted when we purchased the car)
2. They were very accommodating. They offered to fix it at my workplace but parking sucks at Ventura city Hall so I asked if I can just drop off my car at their business location (Saturday - Memorial Day weekend)
3. The work was clean/flawless. They even put my parking sticker back and the reminder sticker from the oil change company.
4. And woohoo! I only paid $490. Savings $380

Now here I am giving them 5 stars. They're very nice and down to earth couple. I highly recommend them.

After getting quotes from a couple businesses in the area, I had originally gone with another company but when they came to replace the windshield they tried to hassle me for more money. I cancelled that appointment and went with 1st Choice instead! The person who replaced my windshield, Mike, was great at communication, arrived right on time, and replaced the windshield very quickly! Hopefully I will not need to use 1st choice again, but if I do break crack my windshield they will be my first call! Highly recommend!

The whole process felt very smooth and refined. From the phone call and scheduling, to the time the tech showed up to perform the work. A great example of how things should be run. Feels great to support local businesses that provide such quality work!

Very efficient booking process and when I got there the repair was done very quickly. Everything was explained to me well. I will return to them again with any windshield repairs in the future.

After a current incident! I am so grateful for this specific small business. Called at 8am Holly answered and helped us out immediately. They offered to drive out to us or take the vehicle in. They were near which wasn't an inconvenience whatsoever! They we're FAST speeedy service! literally finished in 3 hours and an exceptional customer service. I haven't received service like this in such a long time. They make you feel like family.

Service requested, would not call back. There was a misunderstanding texts didn't seem to go through. She sent me to come in I drove all the way to Camarillo 5 minutes away she says she has no one. Very unprofessional, I ask to speak with owner and she's more than happy to say she's the owner and this is all my fault. I said how is this my fault when you told me to come I come and you tell me forever it. She then says I should go somewhere else. Hate when owners feel so superior and give horrible customer service. I know how yelp works. She can pay to remove this comment. And probably what she does.

Quick response time, they were able to replace my windshield quickly and did the work for about $200~ cheaper than other places had quoted me. Highly recommended
