1st Classic Airport Transportation Limousine Car Service

I have used their airport car service twice in the last several months. Their drivers are professional and the fleet of cars they use are well taken care of. They always go the extra mile. I decided to write this review because I was extremely impressed with their service and surprised regarding the reviews. I was referred to them by a client of mine who uses them on a regular basis for airport car service.

WOW - SCAM ARTISTS BEWARE

I ordered a 8 person limo for a Bachelorette party in Pocono PA. I booked the limo a week before. Three days later, they call me saying due to COVID, I had to purchase a 15 person limo. This was never mentioned on the phone when I originally booked- totally bait and switch marketing tactic! Unethical!

We happened to order the 15 person limo. It was scheduled to arrive at 11 AM for a 11:30 AM reservation at a winery. 11 AM rolls by.... 11:05 I call the dispatcher, I am immediately placed on hold... they pick up 5 minutes later and explain they needed to get in touch with the dispatcher... 15 later they call back saying they made a mistake and they would be coming in 2 hours and I needed an additional deposit. Keep in mind, I put down a $250 deposit and got three confirmation emails.

I canceled, asked for a cancellation email, and NEVER received one. I called my bank immediately canceling both cards and reporting the fraud. They ruined the day completely.

Absolute SCAM of a company. I hope this company is investigated and shut down immediately. I will be looking into more ways to report the fraud before anyone else falls for its

They emailed me the day of my trip to advise me THEY canceled my reservation because no cars were available. 5 days earlier they had a car and took payment information. Poor business practices and shifty way to treat customers.

Please, please consider reading this before you move forward with this service.

Okay...My wedding day was August 14th. I waited two weeks to get some distance from the incident to try to ensure I'm not writing this review out of anger.

My now husband and I booked one 10-14-person van for three hours on August 14th, from 10:30pm to 1:30am. We booked this service and received the confirmation a few months before the event.
We had seen the previous reviews for 1st Airport Limo Transfer LLC, however, we were booking for a rural space and had limited options. In hindsight- any other option- even no option- would have been better. Since we were a little nervous we would have an issue we called several times before the event to confirm that the day, time, size, of the van- etc., was correct. There was no issue. The person I spoke to on the phone was always very pleasant and professional. The last conversation we had was the week before my wedding day. She reassured us that everything was on track for the day.

Fast forward one week- On August 13th it was 6:00pm and I was about to start my wedding rehearsal when a representative from 1st Airport Limo Transfer LLC called me. She informed me that she no longer had a van available for my event the following day- but that if I was willing to pay 1300.00, which was double my original agreed upon rate, that they could get me a van from somewhere else. This wasn't possible. There was no way we could create an extra 600.00 dollars for the wedding in 24 hours. I was in tears and my officiant had to wait almost half an hour while I tried to navigate this. My husband then took the lead here for us while the rest of the party tried to do a quick 30-minute rehearsal. He called and was directed to a supervisor and then another supervisor. Within the hour, he was told that there was nothing anyone would do. They hung up on him and would no longer answer calls. They sent the confirmation request immediately after.
I don't think they meant to directly cause any harm. But it was definitely a by-product of practices that prioritize the bottom line and make it impossible for the customer to have a positive experience with this company.
To, 1st Airport Limo Transfer LLC, yes maybe you make double what you were initially quoting. But you've lost a client and I could never feel good about referring you to anyone.

Any way- I'll hop off my soap box. I hope whatever event you are planning is exactly as you'd imagined it.

Booked a transfer from the airport to my son's home, nine days ahead of time. I paid for it and they had all the information. Three days before his plane was to land they demanded that I pay an additional charges of 1.5 hours because they said their driver wouldn't be near the airport at that time. After I asked to speak to a manager they told me if I wasn't paying the extra then they're cancelling it. They cancelled and hung up on me. My son has Autism and left me to fly with him to drive him back home. This company after reading more reviews does this a lot. I was already paying them over $400.00 for a 1.5 hour ride. They wanted an additional $300.00. They are rude and untrustworthy.

Definitely don't recommend this service to anyone. We had 7 people waiting to go out and have a good time for my 50th birthday. Never called and we called after being 5 min late they tried to contact the driver so they say and after 45 min of waiting it had to be cancelled so we had to change our whole night plan and do something else. Never again will I call them. Better get all my $$ back. BBB is next to report

Confirmed then cancelled my reservation at the last minute. I had to scramble to find an alternative. I also missed my flight.

Very shady. No one seems to really know what's going on. Definitely watch your bank statements if you choose to use this middle-man company.

I booked this car service a week before my airport transfer. I told them the distance and the estimated time, and they gave me what they said was a flat rate. Three days before my trip they called and tried to charge me almost $100 more due to the time of the trip. Such a scam ....unreliable and unprofessional.

Horrible scam. Booked months in advance. they called two days before and left a voicemail saying they sent a cancellation email because of mechanical issues
